I can't remember the last time I bought a sandwich at Arby's. Maybe I never have before? But tonight 5.15.2022 around 10:20pm I needed some protein, and this Arby's was close by.
I was pleasantly surprised at the politeness, professionalism, and positive attitude of the beautiful African American Woman who ran the Drive-Thru! At this hour of the night most people in fast-food are completely checked out! I wish I had seen her name tag, but was not fortunate enough to get a glance at it.
The sandwiches were GREAT, but this sweet Lady's positivity and personal demeanor were just so kind and personable that I HAD to leave this review!
People like her make the world go 'round. All may not be right with the world, but all was right with my world at this Arby's tonight because of this kind lady. The term "Good Customer Service" is a gross understatement when discussing the quality of her pleasant professionalism. She deserves a commendation, a raise, a promotion or all of the above. She is an asset to Arby's and undoubtedly will be to whatever company she chooses to work for in the future!

Read moreSo let me tell you about my experience today. I came in looking to use one of the awesome coupons Arbys sends out in the mail. I had to wait in line for a couple of minutes. Normally I'd be frustrated by that, but today I wasn't. The reason was that the employees had made a mistake on a ladies order and were taking extra care to resolve that for her (she's mentioned she was a vegetarian and had bacon on her loaded curly fries). I liked seeing that because if it had been my order that was incorrect they would have taken the time to help me. When it was my turn to order the cashier Ethan was great. He was very knowledgeable of the menu and answered all my questions. He even gave me a good recommendation for my next meal there (the buffalo chicken sandwich). Read moreShawna the manager at this location was very unprofessional talking to my friend in a tone yelling at her about giving away free food, I had a B.O.G.O. COUPON and she overcharged me an additional charge for a misunderstanding and started yelling at my friend because I paid over eight dollars for an order that was screed up and adding more charges costing me over twelve dollars for both combos thus getting ripped up. What I'm mad about is that she was arguing about out and said she doesn't care if we call the corporate office. Shawna said I'm not giving away free food....WE HAD A COUPON FOR A FREE COMBO.
