For about $36+tax each big pizza, not worth it at this particular location. Dropped to 1 star - because owner values his opinion over customer satisfaction. I think this "place" would boom with business with new ownership. This "place" was SUPER excellent a few years ago but has degraded over time. Likely the owner probably doesn't care as much anymore but tries to be nice, and is for the most part but simply has bad people skills and an ego that unbalances business logic. I have no personal vendetta with anyone. If anything the owner can't take constructive criticism. Anyway this review is for us as customers not for the owner anymore, that's just talking to the wind, but as for as the owner perhaps should take a step back and evaluate the customer opinion vs his "personal" opinion from a personal or business perspective and pick 1, if it's personal then just sell the business to someone that doesn't bring their personal life to work. Regretfully tried this place again - I'll be going other places that value customers and their opinions that could help the owner(s) to better their business rather than take it personally "I mean it's a business, not an actual person, the actual person that owns the business has no more value in a business sense than any other employees and if anything the CUSTOMER IS THE BOSS, if that was misunderstood by an owner they have no business even doing business with customers" *Pizza 2.5 or 3 star, *service 3 to 3.5 star, *owner taking his personal opinion and implementing it into the business that shares a name with other locations NEGATIVE 100 star (sad how that truly reflects everything else with the business even at other locations) Note: if you like big daddy pizza, the bear valley location on Wadsworth/285 is SURE WORTH THE EXTRA DRIVE 1000x better than Littleton/Broadway, pizza is thicker, fresher veggies WAY FRESHER MEAT but best of all and more importantly more care taken in both food and customer service and customer...
Read moreThe pizza looked fine but unfortunately the delivery girl let in a pizza ghost and scared us pretty bad. We had just finished speaking to spirits near the graveyard and were pretty paranoid, ya know? We didn't hear the doorbell but had a feeling the pizza was here, ya dig? So I went to the door but couldn't get it open. I called through an open window, "Hello?" I heard a timid reply of "Yes." I then said, "Pizza?" The voice replied, "Uh... yes." My friend then got the door unlocked and.... NO ONE WAS THERE. I just about defecated my pajama pants. My friend looked at me with shock and I started to cry. My stoned friend came over and got the general mega neg vibes. It was a moment of fear and chaos. Then the pizza girl appeared from the darkness. We could barely talk to her. The general feeling was that one of the spirits we contacted in the graveyard had followed us home and got inside the house. WE WERE DONE FOR. Once we confirmed that Aspen, the delivery girl, did not share the name of any spirits, we got the pizza and rushed inside. I didn't eat any because I felt so sick with fear. Did a ghost trick her into getting us to open the door to a wave of bad joojoo? Who knows. Anyways, none of us are peeing or sleeping alone tonight. If only Garlic Knot had been open.... The pizza was decent, maybe. In the future, make sure there are no ghosts when you delivery. Peace...
Read moreWe usually enjoy Big Daddys pizza. But the last few times they have completely messed up our order. This last time was the worst. I order 1 large pepperoni pizza and 6 wings. Total came to $21.00, we were told 6 wings were 5.00 so I ordered another 12. That should only be $10.00 more. However, They told me my total was going to be $45.71. When I get there I asked about the pricing because things didn’t add up. The lady snapped at me and said it was only 40.71 and then told me they charge $1 for each container of a ranch. First of all I can buy the whole bottle for $1. Heck $2.00 for name brand. What I got was maybe a 1/2 oz container with ranch and it wasn’t even full. Second, she didn’t need to snap at me. When I asked for my receipt 2 employees ignored me and just walked away, the third employee rudely said “you’ll get it with your food, have a seat.” Then they processed to tell me “oh the pizza is done but we forgot to make the wings they’ll be out soon.” So now I’ve over paid for sauce, paid for cold pizza and to top it all off our wings where slimy because they didn’t cook them all the way. Way to really drop the ball BigDaddy. Terrible customer service, I’m very disappointed. I...
