Excellent service at counter!! Believe the young mans name is John. About 6'7 260 lbs. Late 20s Super customer Service every time I've had the pleasure of running into him. My last experience there he had actually walked across the parking lot when I had gone to the gas station to service my motorhome and fear that I had forgotten my food. Outstanding top-notch young man this company is very very lucky to have someone of his caliper in this day and age.. And the food was very good as well. I do apologize if I got your name wrong but I don't think so you're pretty hard to miss my friend keep up the good work and I appreciate everything you do there need to give this young man a raise. Now on another level , once, the manager (believe his name was Tim) late 50s, almost half,, was cooking,, while me and a friend of mine were placing our order... Overheard me ordering, when The woman at counter said she may not have the ability to change $100 bill? As I was responding that that's no problem I can put it on my card Mr Tim with his sweaty glasses hanging off the tip of his nose just looked up and said no we don't break hundred-dollar bills about a snotty and ignorant and unprofessional as I've ever seen in my life... And if I had driven across town to bring a friend of mine that was visiting Colorado to this place I would have left right then and there so that was really shocking and I hope he is removed from that position immediately aside from that place is Great ... And the youngster John keep up the good work!!!! The snotty little waitress at the counter I hope they're both gone as well sure would hate to work around those old crows. And let's hope that Mr Tim get some people skills and don't know how he got that position but he sure doesn't belong in it... I vote for the young man John who looks like a Denver bronco linebacker!! He could do 10 times better of a job,, and that's the ONLY reason I went back there.. And Mr Tim needs to clean his glasses a little bit and maybe get some chapstick... Besides about the...

I ordered a pizza here today, and will never return due to the bad service of one older gentleman at this location. When i arrived to pick up my order, an older taller gentleman was standing at the register looking at his phone and completely ignored me. Then the very nice young lady who was cooking pizza in the back nicely told the gentleman they had a customer and he ignored her, and then he called out his name, and he yelled "HOLD ON!!!" and then continued to ignore me. So then one of the cooks had to come help me. He was so rude to the young lady and myself, i wanted to leave and not even pay for my pizza, but since i put in the order i figured i would at least finish the order. I will never return again to this location as long as that older man is working there.

I have also read a couple reviews about the pizza being under cooked in the middle and full of grease, this is true, and the pizza would be fantastic if it wasn't for the slosh of grease and under cooked pizza in the middle.

Hopefully the guy i am referencing is not this guy "Kevin" in other employee reviews, because it is obvious he has a hard time with people and his own employees and completely disrespected me and that young women.

I ordered a pizza online about 15 minutes before the closing. When I arrived the chairs were already all up and most of the kitchen was clean. They were ready to leave. But it wasn't even closing time yet. There were three people working there, two women and some guy that was in charge. Everyone was nice but it was clear I had committed a terrible error by ordering online

I got given the cold shoulder and the food was simply awful. They carefully studied the pizza pulling it out of the oven constantly to make sure they did the absolute BARE minimum, the cheese was barely melted and the crust was barely cooked.

It was a disgusting soggy mess made by people that just wanted to leave.

Advice to the managers/owners, do not accept orders unless you want to do your job and fulfill the order PROPERLY.

Bottom line, this Garlic Knot location totally SUCKS near closing and I won't trust them if they can't do their job every minute of business hours.

Go to King Soopers and grab one of there bake at home pizzas, you cannot do worse even if you do not put it in the oven given the attitude of the closing staff at the...
