I recently had the displeasure of visiting Marco's Pizza in Littleton, and I must say, it was an absolute nightmare. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that this establishment was poorly managed, and the direct manager, Justin, was nothing short of a not good guy.
Let's start with the food. I ordered their Philly pizza, expecting a delicious combination of flavors that would satisfy my cravings. However, what I received was a sorry excuse for a pizza. Not only was it poorly made, but it was also drenched in an excessive amount of steak juices. It was like they had poured a gallon of the stuff onto the pizza, completely ruining the taste and texture. It was an unappetizing mess that I couldn't even bear to take a second bite of.
When I brought this issue to the attention of Justin, hoping for some understanding or even a possible resolution, he brushed me off without any regard for customer satisfaction. He arrogantly told me to "deal with it" and showed absolutely no empathy for the fact that I had just wasted my hard-earned money on an inedible pizza. Justin's complete lack of professionalism and customer service skills left a bitter taste in my mouth, both literally and figuratively.
Furthermore, the overall atmosphere of Marco's Pizza in Littleton was subpar. The place was unkempt, with dirty tables and floors that clearly hadn't been cleaned in ages. It was evident that the staff lacked any pride in their work and had no interest in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for their patrons.
To sum it up, this Marco's Pizza in Littleton is a disgrace. The quality of their food is abysmal, their direct manager Justin is an utter disappointment, and their overall customer service is non-existent. I strongly advise anyone considering dining here to save their money and look elsewhere for a decent pizza experience. There are far better options available in the area that actually care about their customers and take pride in the food they serve. Marco's Pizza in Littleton? More like Marco's Pizza Disaster in Littleton! (Pay me for the hours I worked or this is...
Read moreDistegard this review because they would not honor the "credit" the ownergave me, this is updated below.
Marcos pizza called me today and really went out of their way to hear me. They agreed that my order should have been better and offered to make it right. I know in my previous review I said I wouldn't be back, and it still might take a little bit of time for me to try them again, but after talking with them, I have to say I'm impressed with their response and will give them another try soon!
Companies that still care about customer satisfaction are becoming like dinosaurs so for the fact that they went out of their way, I'm willing to try again. I USED to eat Marcos all the time so let's see!!! I just hope they remember me by the time I try then again! Anyway... thanks for handing that will Marcos!
UPDATE: when attempting to redeem the "credit" I was given to make up for the incorrect order, no one knew what I was talking about. They said the owner was there, (supposedly this is who called me and gave me the credit) but they either wouldn't ask him, I'm not sure what the fan was. So I called back and now l the young girl who answered said please hold we ate very busy (your a pizza place I know you're busy) and now I've literally been on hold for 18 minutes they just won't pick up. Just don't waste your time or money with this store, they sure made it sound like they eye doing to take care of this issue but it's pointless if you just put me in good and don't even record it that you have me a credit.
I wanted o give you another chance and like you but I'm afraid this was a fail ask the way around. Dominoes...
Read moreI first fell in love with Marco's Pizza when I moved to Colorado Springs. When I moved up to Denver, I was sad there wasn't a Marco's nearby. Flash forward three years later and I was thrilled to see they were opening a Marco's Pizza in Littleton! But how could I wait until after summer for it to open?
Surprise number two: it's open! I noticed a sign late last week that the new location was open for business. That meant Sunday Pizza Night returned!
I should knock off a star for a couple of reasons, but because I love the pizza so much and I need to cut some slack for new business bumps, it still gets a worthy five-star Google rating.
Here are the reasons why we need to be patient. I had put all my information into the app to place a delivery order. When I got all the way to payment, I received a message that said delivery wasn't available. So I called in the order. It took longer because the staff had to learn how to enter the order with a discount. But then he also ran into a snag with delivery. He had to get a manager's approval for an exception.
I've attached a picture of the delivery area. I know Littleton is spread out and you have to draw the line somewhere. But I live less than 1 1/2 miles from this location. When you look at the delivery area, it cuts off most of the west side of where Marco's is located. I would only ask they revisit the delivery area once they get their business going.
Other than that, the pizza is solid. As you can see from the picture, I couldn't wait to dig in before...
