Promptly greeted with an energetic smile by Noah. He did not diminish the level at any moment. After he was patient with me choosing the products he proceeded to check the amounts of multiple gift cards (getting excited for me when he discovered money on some of them). Parallel to him was Hunter. A man of few words and good energy. He was polite in his silence. The team was like Jay and Silent Bob, very balanced. Although the sandwich is seems like 3/4 of what it used to be, there were three pieces of bacon, a visible and tasty piece of cheese and warm crunchy bread. This Starbucks is the closest to my house I went there for multiple months and every single day they cannot make my order correctly. I’ve spoken to the mgr they don’t seem to care. WE ARE THE ONES SUPPORTING YOUR BUSINESS yet you can’t make ONE ICED COFFEE correctly??? When I’ve asked them multiple times to redo it and it’s never correct. I’m not longer supporting this chain and taking my business elsewhere because it’s so stressful just to order a freaking coffee!! Something needs to change seriously. This is just a coffee stand, not a "coffee shop". Sure, full service coffee and snacks, but all located against a wall in an atmosphere-free grocery store. No place to sit and enjoy a coffee. There's 2 small tables tucked into a dimly-lit corner piled with stuff, the area is dirty, the tables are dirty, definitely not a place to hang out. As long as you're just getting a coffee to drink while shopping groceries, it's fine. But for a coffee shop experience, just randomly pick any other coffee shop in the area and you'll be better off.
