Mountain Mike's Pizza — Restaurant in Livermore

I live near this location and was always satisfied with the people, service and food I ordered from here. About 2 months ago I had an exact opposite experience. The pizza I ordered was so bad it got 2 of the people I shared it with sick. Today, I decided to give them another chance, thinking that they must have had a new employee or I just got unlucky. I was totally wrong. I ordered a pizza online and went to pick it up. When I was there, I ordered a beer and told the women at the bar about my last experience. She was not only disinterested in what I said se actually walked way from me. Since I ordered a beer and was not done drinking it before my order was ready, I tried the pizza and it was again terrible. I had to go out of my way to talk to the women who was behind the bar and told her I was dissatisfied. She said she didn't care and would do nothing about addressing my dissatisfaction. This place must be doing so much business that they don't want mine! I stood at the counter while all the employees just stood in the back laughing and talking. I was looked at 2 times and never acknowledged. They just went back to talking and laughing. The entire place was empty also. After waiting and waiting and just being ignored I left. I guess talking to each other was higher priority then...

Always fire pizza !! Look at the hang time on that cheese! And the delivery is always early and they make the ranch rain upon request! Let’s stop kidding ourselves folks!
