Terrible Experience – Will Never Return

I recently ordered from this restaurant for the first time, and I can confidently say it will be my last. I placed the order over the phone, and the gentleman who answered sounded completely uninterested and irritated by my call. When I asked to pay over the phone, he rudely informed me that "all payments are due in person"—fair enough, but this should’ve been communicated better from the start.

When my staff went to pick up the food, it was incomplete. She reported that the person at the register was more focused on texting and playing games on his phone than on actually taking care of customers. Unsurprisingly, that’s likely why our order was missing two items. I called the restaurant to resolve the issue, and the same guy insisted the order was complete, even though I was staring at the missing items. His response was unhelpful, offering only to "recook" the items instead of offering a reasonable solution like a refund. When I asked for a refund, he told me, "All refunds are in person and to the card that was used." At this point, my staff member had already lost valuable time, and our lunch was basically ruined.

To make matters worse, she had to go back to the restaurant for the missing items, which caused her to take a late lunch—thanks to the negligence and incompetence of the employee who was more concerned with his phone than the job he was supposed to be doing.

The food was mediocre at best, but the horrible customer service and complete lack of professionalism made this experience one of the worst I've had in a long time. I will never be coming back...

I tried this restaurant when I visited my family from out of town, and I have to tell you, this is the best Thai restaurant I've had in the US so far (and I'm Thai). Start with real coconut juice served in a coconut shell! It felt like sitting on the beach sipping this refreshing drink. We ordered Pad-Se-Ew and Drunken Wide Noodle to try, and they didn't disappoint. Normally, Thai restaurants make Thai dishes that are overly sweet, but not here! We ordered mango sticky rice for dessert, and wow, the rice was perfect, and the mango was sweet. Compared to other Thai restaurants that sometimes serve soggy or partially hard sticky rice, as if they froze it and reheated it in the microwave, this one was soft and not too sweet. I devoured the whole thing without realizing it. Besides the food, the service was excellent! The prices are very good, and the portions are generous. Food is served quickly, even when...

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Check out New Thai Eatery & Grill – an absolute gem!

From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with warm, friendly service — and Wila truly makes the experience unforgettable. She’s incredibly sweet, kind, and goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed and taken care of.

Whether you're craving something classic like Pad Thai or exploring something new from their menu, you won’t be disappointed.

The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, perfect for a casual lunch or a relaxing dinner. I’ve already been back more than once, and I’m looking forward to many more visits.

I love Thai food!!! Especially pad thai. I am so happy that I stopped by to try them out. It's nice and clean with pleasing decor. Ordered the chicken pad thai (no bean sprouts). At first, just by smell, I was thinking, "O no, I'm not going to like it " ( I'm very picky with my pad thai), but that first bite was awesome!!! Just the way I like it. Also, I ordered roti and yellow curry for my kids, and they said it was really good. My son even called the guy over to order more roti. Will definitely make this spot my go-to. Great customer service and great tasting food.

A charming Thai restaurant that exceeded my expectations. The menu offers a delightful variety, with plenty of vegetarian options to choose from. The atmosphere is calm, clean, and inviting—perfect for a relaxed meal. I absolutely loved the drunken noodles; they were bursting with flavor and the portion size was incredibly generous. This is a place I’ll definitely be returning to, not just for the food but for the overall experience. Highly recommended!

No line and got seated right away when we came in around 2pm on a Saturday. Ordered Grilled chicken (with steamed broccoli, cabbage and white rice). Rice was dry (not the usual fluffy, soft consistency when cooked by Asian). Comfortable atmosphere despite the 100°F temp outside. Plenty of parking. We ordered the mango sticky rice to give this restaurant a chance. It was good, but presentation was lacking.
