We waited so long for this restaurant to open in Detroit area to try it. My husband and I drove over an hour to come try the food after long day at work. We have never had this experience at any other restaurant that we have been to before. Starting from the three restaurant tables that were so dirty and not cleaned. Anyways we ordered food, the crunch wrap was %95 beans and the rest meat. We couldnāt taste the meat cause the beans over powered the taste. Well, I have was waiting to try the berria tacos from this place. We ordered 2 orders and one to go cause of our excitements. The tortillas smelled so so so so bad and burned to the point that is smelled like everything that was made on that grill. They looked black and burned and one of them had a piece of shrimp mixed with it. We never ate ours but I asked if we can change our to go order to crunch wrap and not cancel the order. The cashier tried to tell us that this is the way they smell and there is nothing wrong with it. They refused to change the order until they made me smell them after telling them they werenāt good. Not asking for a refund but if a restaurant has 8 other locations you expect the food to be on another level. The food doesnāt look any where near their instagram page . We have been sick since we ate this food from yesterday. I hope they take this seriously and at least try to make things look better and accommodate the situation and the customer. Ā Ā Ā Read moreGather 'round 'cause I've got the lowdown on this mind-blowing Lebanese-Mexican joint that's legit redefining flavor vibes.
Let's dive right in, shall we? The star of the show: Birria Tacos. Picture thisātender, melt-in-your-mouth meat marinated to perfection, huddled inside tortillas with a flavor punch that's like a fiesta for your taste buds. The richness of the meat combined with the kick of spices? It's like a flavor symphony that's sending my palate on a joyride.
But hold up, the fusion doesn't stop there. Enter the Quesadilla Steaks. magine the gooey, cheesy goodness of a quesadilla meeting the savory, char-grilled ecstasy of steaks. Yeah, it's like a foodie's dream date, and trust me, they're a match made in culinary heaven.
Now, let's talk about the elephant in the roomāthe space. It's cozy, like "get-real-close-to-your-neighbors" cozy. While the flavors are sending you on a global taste tour, the restaurant size might be sending your personal space on vacation. If you're rolling deep, be ready for some Tetris-level seating arrangements.
Bottom line: if you're down for taste adventures that redefine epic, and you don't mind rubbing elbows (literally) with strangers, this Lebanese Mexican joint is the move. Order those Birria Tacos, savor those Quesadilla Steaks, and soak in the vibes that could only come from a place like this. Just maybe go with a small group unless you're feeling the cozy vibes. Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe food pictures on the website looks so nice and amazing Makes you want to buy food there all the time. Restaurants is set in a gas station and it did look average clean gas station. The food was not delicious and did not finish the plate because meat was very hard to chew . It looks like they never heard about tenderizing the meat before cooking. Itās like eating rubber instead of meat maybe they use microwave to cook their food instead of regular method. They are very stingy with their food very little amount of meat even though you cannot chew them. They give you two sauces l. even you order meat they give you garlic, which you cannot eat with the meat and a hot sauce. Usually when you eat Gyro or this type of combination food, they have a white sauce, called yogurt garlic mix to mix with rice this way, the food will not taste asDry. One of the sauce, which is the hot sauce is good but not everybody can tolerate hot sauce so therefore who doesnāt like hot sauce can never mix it with their rice, which is dry rice . Also, the food is expensive for one plate. Itās a little over $20. I expect to pay 20 for a good food not $20 for junky...
