Hungry Howie's Pizza — Restaurant in Livonia

I love Hungry Howie's so much however I stopped ordering from this and all Hungry Howie's specifically about 2 years ago because every time I ordered something it would come out messed up they would remake it and then it will be twice as messed up ! Every time I ordered a pizza for 2 weeks I ordered a pizza with no sauce and every single time there was sauce on my pizza I didn't complain I didn't do anything I literally just stopped going to them, a friend of mine came up from Kentucky very excited so she wanted to go to Hungry Howie's since they don't have them in Kentucky told her no problem so we spent about $30 on pizza and it charged me twice and you can see they charged me twice, I went into the business telling them it charged me twice at the front counter. A man with a full blonde beard told me it will be back within 24-hours come back in tomorrow I came back in tomorrow they told me to wait another 24 hours in has to wait for 48 hours the next day they said seventy-two hours the next day they told me they have no idea what they can do about it they don't know what to tell me when I told him I can't feed my kids until they give me the money but the guy said that is not my problem ma'am I'm sorry take it up with your bank. Now this is not a problrm had they just told me to do that in the first damn place.... Wasted gas, wasted time and made me never ever want hungry howies again...great job fantastic customer service...

So I usually don't write reviews often. First off I love hungry Howie's pizza no problem there at all they get 4 stars for the food. However today when I called hungry howies at around 10:03 pm the phone kept ringing so thinking they were busy I hung up and I called again. What I didn't realize was that they were closed (I thought they closed at 11pm as I've always ordered on days they were open til 11 however that was my mistake). I was really looking forward to getting some pizza so when someone picked up finally I was ecstatic. However before I could say anything the girl who picked up the phone quickly says "hungry Howie's were closed" and then IMMEDIATELY hangs up the phone before I can say anything in response. Look I get it you wanna go home but I'd appreciate it if instead of immediately hanging up at least acknowledge the person on the phone and talk to them. Doing that just comes off rude and is just not a good customer experience to be having. Especially since I had no idea y'all were closed at 10 since I always order on days when it's open til 11. If they were going to do that they might as well have not even picked up the phone that would have been better. I would've figured it out eventually 😕. I love the pizza but that's poor customer service. Not the worst thing that can happen but I am disappointed by...

I ordered a pepperoni pizza and cinnamon sticks for my family. When it arrived it was wrong it came with pepperoni and ham not just pepperoni. When I called the girl on the phone argued with me telling me I was wrong with attitude. However the manager came on and was polite and offered to fix it right away, the driver showed up and was just as polite. Both were wonderful to work with, I just wish the rest of the crew was as great.

After getting our second pizza it was barley cooked and over seasoned to the point the dust from the garlic powder was falling everywhere. When we finally opened our cinnamon bread this bread was cut so badly they mine as well of not cut it. It also was not cooked right to the point the center was cold. We realized how inconsistent and careless the rest of this location crew is.

This isn't the first time I have had a bad experience with this location. However once again I will be driving to the 5 mile location when my family wants...
