I have recently had a horrible experience at this location that will stop me from supporting this site & potentially the entire franchise. Sad, because walking distance from here we own two businesses that strongly support them. This morning I placed an order in the drive through & they got the order wrong (no big deal/it happens). But the staff member was extremely rude. I asked for a receipt to verify the order, at which time she denied, stating they don’t have a receipt. Then out of nowhere, a staff member produces the missing item from my order (I appreciated that) but still wanted my receipt. The rude staff member chimes in and yelled “HERE YOU’RE GETTING IT FOR FREE, JUST GO”! (Dooa is here name). At which time, I kindly place the complete order back on the window seal & requested a refund. She yelled again “we don’t do refunds”! Finally a staff member intervened & produced a receipt but also indicated they don’t do refunds. At this point I’m puzzled, but refuse to accept poor customer service & did not accept those items due to it. The only reasonable staff member onsite provided an mangers name (Anna) who was not in, there was no management there. She indicated Anna will be in on Sunday. Not only do I expect my refund, that staff needs customer service training & the main one in question should be suspended or terminated & clearly they shouldn’t operate your franchise...

The girl on the speaker rushed me through my order and had me pull up with no total, as I'm pulling off I hear her incorrectly repeat part of the order to get coworker on the headset. When I pull up to the window I informed her that it was supposed to be a bagel with cream cheese not butter and they said they'd remake it. Then when I paid I got 2 dollars less than I was supposed to get back in change and no receipt. After handing me my drinks she hands me my remade bagel, wrapped up with no bag. I take it and she waits for me to leave, but I haven't gotten all my food yet. She then hands me my other food item, without a bag, and when I ask for a bag she gives me a bag that can't even hold one of my items. I had to go back inside to get another bag. I didnt notice the money was off with my change until I was leaving and honestly I think she was trying to distract me at the window so she could swindle a few dollars from me. I tried to call up to talk to a manager and let them know what happened but the line is disconnected. Long story short, check your receipts and your change before you leave this location. I'll drive a little further to not have to worry...

Sign wasn’t lit and when inquiring about which sandwiches were available during lunch she listed two of them. I decided to order the ham and cheddar (they offered ham and Swiss), she said they’d switch the cheese out for me, but that they didn’t have the bread that it was supposed to come on. I chose a bagel instead. My friend ordered espresso- didn’t have that either I received my sandwich and it literally only had 3 slices of ham lunch meat and a slice of cheese on it. No dressing, lettuce or tomato. The donut was completely stuck to the bag that it was in, pulling off all chocolate that was on top of it. When I went back through to let them know about the sandwich, I was met by the manager Anna, who informed me that my sandwich comes this way...then she later said the person making the sandwich “must have forgotten the lettuce and tomato”- I asked for a refund and she proceeded to take the sandwich back and process the refund. Are you even allowed to take food back during the Cov? Gross. Will never go there again. Upper management should inquire about the skills of this team-...
