I am now changing my opinions. It seems the owner has changed. We ordered for our office again and was a big mistake. The food was burnt and I don’t mean a little char, a burger was identical to a hockey puck. Food took 2 hours longer than originally said to be done. Even after they forgot two peoples orders and had to drop it off. The people cooking don’t know what they are doing, and it’s sad that this place has been ruined. Our whole office was so disappointed. I have never had such terrible, burnt, dry, and bland food. Save yourself the trouble. It is not worth your time or money. They do not even know their own menu recipes. I wish the old owners announced they were leaving or selling the place, I would have followed them.

This is just a terrible experience overall. It was so bad I wouldn’t even give it a second chance. How do you serve paying customers burnt food?? Not just the burgers but the wraps and entrees had burnt meat. Either take some times to get training to be a chef or cook things you actually know.

Old review: This place is absolutely amazing. Food is extremely fresh and they do not cheap out on the amount they give. We tried them out a on a whim and honestly I had the best sub ever. We loved them so much our office order them for catering. They paid attention to our orders and accommodated for allergies/preferences. They even labeled everything. Our whole office was floored by the food. There was not a single complaint from the 15 orders we took. Their calzones smell and taste phenomenal. I love their turkey and grilled chicken sub. They have something for everyone here. The prices are so cost friendly! I plan to try each item. This is now our go to place for lunch during a long work day. Ordered online and followed the online app tracking to know when to pick it up. Order said it was ready to pick up. My boyfriend had to wait an additional 25 mins for it to be ready.. 45 mins total wait for a pizza & bread.

I am assuming the business was sold and there is now a new owner? We ordered the shawarma pizza based on the good reviews and photos. The pizza we got looks nothing like the photos.. we also paid $25 for an extra large and received a large- which we didn’t realize until we got home. By that time we had been waiting so long we didn’t even care to go back and get it fixed. The bread tasted ok flavor wise but was barely warm, which was confusing since we waited 45 mins for the food to be done.. shouldn’t be hot? The chicken Shawarma pizza is basically pizza sauce, cheese, and “shawarma chicken” with lettuce…no garlic, does not really taste or look anything like was described online. Pretty disappointing. If the business was boughtout by someone else i would suggest making that clear and changing the items on the menu if you can’t accurately make them, this leaves customers dissatisfied and not...

Wow! We went today, Sunday, not realizing they were closed - they had inadvertently left the door unlocked for a meeting they were having. Upon apologizing and making for the door, we were told “Oh, you’re not leaving here without food!” and they fired up the grill just for us! While waiting they came around the counter and told us to have two drinks on the house. In short order, two chicken shawarmas came over the counter, I paid and we left.

At my daughter’s house, we dug in and… Oh, my! I’ve eaten a lot of shawarma in my day, but NOTHING like these! The pickles in the sandwich were absolutely the best I can recall ever having eaten. There was just enough toum - you could taste it, but it didn’t overwhelm the other flavors in the sandwich. But the star of the show was the chicken. NEVER in all my years of enjoying shawarma do I recall the chicken being so moist! Oh! Wow this was good!

Shawarma In A Box is definitely on my radar, and should be on yours, too!
