The deleted my review but I will keep coming back to say the same thing. I worked here so you don't have too. I have already contacted cooperate about the over working of minors here and how minors work 30+ hours a week, don't get breaks, and stay past 11:30. I have already contacted cooperate and I will be posting on all social media about it. According to some of the people that work there still they have only NOW started to fix their mistakes but I wont forget! Disgrace of a company!
UPDATE: Management sent a very long messages to our group chat about a month ago after people found out that new hires were getting paid more. They stated that they were going to start raising the older employees pay but they were going to take it away if we called off, talked back, asked questions, or was late. Minors have been still working 30+ hours a week staying past 11:30. Minors are now required to work DOUBLE when not in school due to the restaurant being understaffed. These same minors are also having their pay messed with. Some make more some make less when everyone started at the same time which was In December when the store opened. Read moreI did cakes for this store they push me out in a under-handed manner I thought it was because of a issue with another employee but came to realize that was not the case because one the supervisors assured me that the employee issue had nothing to do with, it took me a min. to realize what it was it was a conversation I had with this same supervisor that I spoke with on the phone, see he and I use to talk all the time about family, politics and life itself something I said in the area of politics obviously didn't sit well with this supervisor and it lead to me being dismissed, they kept telling that it was slow so slow they put and ad on indeed for a cake decorator instead of calling me back if you running and add then that must mean things have picked up so why not call me back and that's when I drew the conclusion also they're other store told me that they said I quit which is not true either..I don't regret stating my view on that issue we were discussing and I still feel the same dairy queen thank you for employment and thank you for all you did for me when I was there, you know free food when I was hungry but when it come to beliefs it is what it is..thank you for the experience and...
Read moreUPDATE Upon getting home I received a call from Ownership whom very promptly issued a refund and apologized for my experience. I will be visiting again with hopes of a better time which I am sure I will receive. I do not like leaving poor reviews as much of the time its is circumstantial for everyone involved and I am now very satisfied with this resolution. I look forward to non melted blizzards from this location. INTIAL REVIEWTrash. Who serves someone melted blizzards? Busy or not customer service was atrocious. Dont look at me like im insane when i return my melted icecream cashier person. Spoke to a manager whom was of little to no help stated he would investigate further a d to contact dq via app. I walked out and since it was a mobile order I now have to wait for a refund. Other customers also started to get antsy due to the lack of coordination. A real show if ya know what I mean. I'm hungry irritated and out 30 bucks for 2 weeks probably. Do better for the love...
