"THE MOST AWESOME GUY!!" WE DIDN'T WAIT 2 MINUTES BEFORE HE ASK US WHAT WE WE'RE DRINKING!! (LOVE THAT BTW) HE DID EVERYTHING RIGHT! I FELT LIKE I WAS AT HOME IN MY KITCHEN LITERALLY!! WE HAD SALMON WOW WAS IT WET & JUICY!! I ATE CHICKEN WITH MUSHROOM SAUCE BECAUSE I LOVE MUSHROOMS SAUCE WITH WHITE RICE & BEANS. MY MOM HAD RED SNAPPER THE MOST AMAZING FISH I HAVE EVER TRIED IN MY LIFE BTW BOTH HER AND MY BROTHER ATE A RED SNAPPER (LARGE) IT HAD SO MUCH MEAT!! SO SATISFYING!!!! MY OTHER BROTHER HAD PORK CHOPS ALSO FRIED TO PERFECTION!! I AM A COOK IN CLEVELAND AND WHEN I TELL YOU THESE PEOPLE CAN COOK BELIEVE ME!! MY SISTER HAD FISH POPPERS WHICH WE'RE TASTY TOO!! The food dinner plate was great and delicious. However , I ordered 3 plates of $35 of fish with tostone and two appetizers of mix cup seafood . The first mix cup seafood had a long hair in it which my mother was very unsatisfied with the image she had to discover and then to know that I had to find a small hair in my fish plate was very discusting very low grade . The waiter stated to me that the first long hair was from someone walking around our table , that answer was very unprofessional especially the way he stated was very bad of a service to know after my dinner plate had a small hair and still 30 minutes I get no response sitting in the table waiting on the waiters answer . I had to call him and he stated he erased the order .” really , how about me not eating dinner at all was very unprofessional, satisfaction was 0% . I am very disappointed on the way I had to come back to the island ; where I was born and raised in the beach and still see no progress but horrible service from the waiter … Would Of been very nice if knowing this restaurant just remodeled and are working hard to make it family oriented I would at least get a answer back on the way I...

This was my wife’s first time in Puerto Rico. I’m Puerto Rican. I brought her to this specific location just minutes after arriving to this beautiful island. The views of the ocean and El Condado are beautiful. It was aprx 6:00 pm on Friday. Unbeknownst to us it was very loud karaoke night. I really didn’t want to listen to people who couldn’t sing over dinner, but that was my fault for deciding to stay. We ordered Mofongo with shrimp, and it was pretty good. Not the best I’ve ever had, but good. The service, however, was awful. I think the only way to get any of the waitresses to crack a smile was to hire a circus clown. Unfortunately my separate plate of rice and beans were a little cold. I asked the waitress if she could please take it back to reheat them. Her answer was, “there’s nothing wrong with your plate”. I asked to speak with the manager who also had a poor attitude. He said customers complain about food all the time, and want it free after they complain. I told him I wasn’t there for a free meal, and only wanted my food warmed up. We left there very disappointed because of the...
