Went there for the first time after listening to their commercials on the radio, thinking it’s a good place, but I was very disappointed. The waitress that served us had no idea how to be a waitress, when I asked her if the fish was fresh she said” I don’t know the kitchen would” and failed to ask the chef. After serious consideration I decided to go with the fried fish, hoping it would be as advertised in the radio. Well! As you can see from the pictures it was not properly cleaned, you can see the scales, I told the waitress about it and once again she said “I don’t know! That’s on the kitchen” really???? The fish was not fresh! It was actually old fish as you can see from the picture the meat looks dark which means is an old fish. Also, as you can see from the other dishes the seafood quantity was meager and the prices did not matched the quantity! Overall not such a good experience. Suggestion to the owner: 1. you may want to better train your staff for better customer service, 2. You may want to ensure good food quality, particularly of your fish, please don’t tell your customers it’s a fresh fish when you know you had it in the freezer for weeks. And you seem to spend some good money on advertising , but you may want to ensure people go back. I would not even comment on cleanliness. The place is in front of the beach which is convenient for those swimming, they can have food and drinks right on the beach. Not sure I’ll be going back there.

Came here for a lunch, and I believe either the owner or the manager was there. He was super sweet and helpful. It started raining right before we could order. We started with the ceviche cup and a bacalaito which it actually came after we were almost done with our food. It was really salty, bacalaito is normally salty but I couldn’t even eat a lot of it. I ordered the red snapper fried with the garlic sauce. I wish it was fried hard because the sauce made it more saggy. My partner order the mahi mahi which was very hard and not fresh. We also had the piña colada which was really good but it had so much whipped cream on the top, we scooped it out few times and it was still overpowering. The bathroom need some serious work done, they had no toilet paper nor soap. I always travel with hand sanitizers and baby wipes. There was construction going on as well just FYI. Food took a while to come so definitely order something that is already premade as an appetizer. I tried asking my server to explain the sauces flavors options for the fish and she couldn’t explain it (not in English and en español tampoco pudo explicarse) she was sweet just not as knowledgeable. Overall we had a good time there, I am not sure if I would go back to this specific spot but they area was very costeño and cozy.

MarBello is a beautiful property. Perfect place to sit and eat with a large group of people. It is beach front and you can checknout the beach while waiting on your oder. I felt the wait time for drinks and food could be improved. I had the mofongo with shrimp and garlic sauce. The portions were perfect and taste wise it was just okay. It wasn't bad....just the least flavorful of all the mofongo with shrimp that I have had. Their mofongo did not have tocino or garlic chunks. But maybe this is a good thing for those who do not eat pork or are vegetarian. The salad that accompanied the mofongo shrimp had black runny leaves, did not smell fresh and I refused to eat it. I also had a piña colada. It was delicious but they could have added a bit more rum. This place offers ample parking and the bathrooms were very clean.

Honestly one of the worst experiences I ever had at a restaurant. We came with a group of 10 and Divided the group in 5 with two tables to make it easier for the check for the waiter. We got our orders for drinks waited 30 mins to get our drinks. She took another 30 to take our order and at that point we were already asking for more drinks and our waitress was rolling her eyes and not getting orders correctly. She had someone else get our order taken and my girlfriend and I got lobsters coconut and everything seemed fine she came back and said don’t get desperate like 3 times after 1 hour and something just waiting for our food. Out of nowhere she goes guys the order for the lobster coconut we don’t have lobster 😐. I got up and went to those street food with my girl and we came back to check in our friends and they still hadn’t gotten their food. My friends chose to not tip because the waiter was rude and not professional at all. When they didn’t tip they started to ask why don’t we tip and what’s wrong with us? I personally I always tip no matter what but these people were not doing their job not attentive at all always on their phone instead of trying to rush drinks or anything is very unprofessional please have a staff checked and set rules and boundaries for them please I do ot recommend unless you want to wait 3...
