Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Lodi

🤦‍♂️Horrible experience today at this location. I went in with my little daughter today around 7:30pm because she wanted some ice cream. They 3 young girls on staff directly saw us walking in yet failed to acknowledge us or greet us for some reason. More people kept coming in behind us and they literally kept skipping us and ignoring us for like about 15 minutes . I did my best to keep my cool and not get upset, finally after about 30 minutes thats when I lost it and finally got loud at one of the girls working and said “excuse we’ve been waiting can we get some service please?” She seems upset like it was my fault for calling them out 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️ . My intention was to order other stuff and at then end I gave up because I could tell she was just as upset as I was ,So I just got a scope for my daughter and she charged me $5.19 for a scope that didn’t even seem like a full scope?? It’s like what the heck Baskin Robbins!! ?? This is not what you guys are about or what going to Baskin Robbins as a kid is supposed to be about. It doesn’t surprise me after seeing all the other bad reviews on here and also seeing that no one from corporate of Baskin Robbins doesnt seem to answer or care 🤷🏻‍♂️ Definitely won’t be coming back here or...

I order on DoorDash quite frequently from all over and whenever I end up ordering from here I get random things I didn’t order. I’ve learned they get my order right maybe 20% of the time and when they do something along the lines of leakage and spillage - not to mention that same stuff happening even when they don’t get the order right. Putting drinks all together in a paper bag so it leaks all over the drivers car and tears through the bags….and that’s when they get the orders right! I’ve tried giving them multiple chances but every time is a complete waste of money and time. Save yourself the trouble and head to the one over east closer to Highway 99. Especially if you have kids - unless you enjoy explaining why even though Mom said we can have ice cream, the ladies at Baskin Robbins said “sure have someone else’s crushed cup of cream cream or just you get nothing we even added some almonds to help with that allergy of yours so if you eat...

My daughter and I went in today after school for a FREE birthday scoop. When we arrived we were the only ones in line, I showed the girl behind the counter the email with the coupon showing what we see here for. She asked what flavor and cup or cone? When she rang me up she told me that I had a single scoop and that the free scoop was a kids scoop. To which I told her that was her problem as she knew what size should have been free as I showered her the email prior to her scooping the ice cream. Upon her talking with two other employees she then told me my coupon was not valid. It clearly stated it expired today! Now the line is out the door and I have all 3 sales associates waiting on me about a free scoop of ice cream! Dumb!!! Just plain dumb!
