I come to subway very often and always get my sandwich the same way. I always get double meat and double cheese which always pay the xtra fee for and I completely understand. I like light lettuce and xtra xtra olives and banana peppers. I have never had any issues at any subway I have ever placed this order at in many years. Yessica made my sandwich and explained she could not put anymore olives on my sandwich. I told her I would not mind paying xtra if I needed too even though I have never had to before at any location. She said that they don’t charge for xtra veggies but that she could not add any more but I could pay 6 dollars for a whole sandwich just to add more olives. She definitely had an attitude in her voice which I did not understand because I was very polite with her throughout the encounter. I didn’t even complain when I was told I would have to pay 6 dollars for a few more olives. Ellla was our cashier and she couldn’t have done a better job. She was so very polite and bubbly just and awesome employee and great service with a smile! Yessica’s attitude was very off putting and will likely make me never come to this location again. I hope this is addressed. I am a manager in customer service myself and am not one to complain because I realize sometimes people have bad days, but yessica is someone I would never have on my team. Read moreI came in yesterday about 3 hours before closing. I am aware that some people have bad days, but the attitude coming from both the women working when I came in was wild. I work in the food industry so I make a point of always being polite and friendly to workers because I know most people aren't. But the way they spoke to me for no reason was just too intense for me not to make this post. I did not get their names because I just wanted to get out of there but I'd recommend not going here just based on those womens attitude alone.
UPDATE: Tried to go there again, whole different shift working so I thought maybe it'd be good. But im convinced now that all the workers there dont know how to leave their problems at home. I even ordered through the app, I literally just told them my name to get my order and the attitude displayed in that brief interaction was mind blowing. Time to find...
