I ordered a supreme burrito and when I got home to my surprise, it was a regular burrito. I always order the supreme burrito because the regular seems to be a bit on the dry side so by adding the sour cream and cheese and avocado, makes it extra juicy. I called to let them know that my burrito was not how I had ordered it and they stated that I can go back the next day to get my burrito remade the way I had ordered. I was not able to eat the one from the previous day because it was way too dry. I called the store to have them remake my burrito so that I can pick it up and the person that helped me the previous day said she had to call her manager and give permission to remake my burrito. She called her manager and the manager said that all they can do was refund me the difference from a regular burrito and a supreme burrito. I don’t think that this was the proper way of dealing with the situation because I didn’t even get to eat my burrito and i wasn’t going to drive from Stockton to Lodi for 2 dolors. All I wanted was for them to remake my burrito but apparently they did not care which I don’t think it’s great customer service. I recommend if you order from this place make sure your food is made properly before you leave...

Great food but I wish my experience had been like everyone else’s. The customer service was poor. They took my order and then failed to let me know it’s going to be a half hour wait for 3 Quesabirria tacos and one order of aguachile. I sat there and watched them update everyone else that walked up and ordered. Apologized for the wait and everything, normal customer service things that you do. But when I got my order she simply handed it to me and walked away. Never mind the fact that she put my aguachile on top of the hot container of tacos. I had to put my aguachile in the fridge to cool it down because the bottom got warm. Like I said. Great food but they could’ve been a little nicer and just let me know I’d be waiting for a bit. Costumer services was great right off the bat sweet lady very welcoming she tried to explain to me how their tortillas were not made from scratch, but I don’t think she realizes how many restaurants sell terrible food.

I ordered 3 carnitas mixtas tacos is a mixture of pork rinds and carnitas for $12.

Tacos were spectacular soft meat and very flavorful but their creamy habanero salsa is out of this world maaannn it definitely took my tacos to another level. I even bought salsa to take home putting that on everything.
