My wife and I wanted to eat Mediterranean food. We were on our way back from wine tasting in Paso. We've decided to try this new place in Lodi. It was a hole in the wall set back in the corner of the strip mall but we found it. The people there were super duper nice and the food was to die for. I think this place is mostly takeout and a grocery store but they have a seating place in the back. I had chicken kabob my wife had chicken shawarma. The Kebab Was Juicy lots of flavor, my wife ordered the shwarma and it was absolutely fabulous the taste was out of this world with so many different flavors in the top of your palate. I had a wonderful conversation with the person who served us and took our order. We live a few hours away from this place but it's a go to from now on going south bound to LA. Hope to be back there soon. Thank you KGG for making it welcoming us with my device dog I...
Read moreThe worst restruarant. My husband and I went there and ordered a dish with rice and kabob. There pictures and menu is so deseving. When they brought the food there was only like three peices of small kabob mixed in sloppy and uncooked vegetables. Not only that but the food did not taste good nor was it cooked well. We spent about 35-40 bucks on two plates of food that was not good and was not worth the money. Take my advice and go to another restaruant to spend your money. Also staff seems grumpy and unfriendly. Would not recommened and deffentiely will never go there myself. The owner just started adding a bunch of numbers and gave us one big fat total without breaking it down to us as if he cheated us out of our money. I was about to say something but my husband stopped me. I will never go there again. I would give it zero star but they do...
Read moreFirst off let me talk about the most surprising part of this experience. The fries were some of the best if not the best fries I have ever had in my life. I did not come here for fries but damn if I won't be coming back for more. Me and my lady each ordered a lamb gyro, we also ordered hummus with pita bread and somshi (probably spelling that wrong) and everything was absolutely incredible. The lamb was literally perfect, I have had lamb at 5 star restaurants and it wasn't as good as this, cut thin, incredibly tender, juicy and perfect. The humus was fresh and amazing, the smoshi was hot, cooked to perfection with amazing flavor. The customer service was amazing, very genuinely kind people and I felt like family immediately. This place is a hidden gem of the highest caliber, so go and experience it...
