it has been 1 year now since i spent over $1k for numerous items from this company and they STILL HAVE NOT DELIVERED MY ORDER! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

Most companies take your money and provide you a product or service, this company just takes your money and doesnt deliver anything. i completed my end of the transaction

The owner is right, i became frustrated with him and his workers as i had to follow up half a dozen times after 6months had passed and nothing was delivered, it had turned out the order was never placed but the money was taken from my account. When he did try to deliver the top it was THE WRONG SIZE (and no refunds or changes allowed). Owner said he would modify the top himself to make it fit so his employees took it back only for them to keep it and never return modified or not...at the very least give me what i paid for even if its the wrong size, i can deal with it from there. Otherwise just seems like the owner is complaining about him STEALING FROM CUSTOMERS

if you are going to do business with Valley Gaming then you better only take what is in store and not order...

Very dishonest company. I spent a lot of money with them. All I got was the runaround and lies from Domingo. the owner of the company doesn't care he's too involved with his photography business. Hopefully he has better customer service with that business. Some of the companies they work with now have cut them off beware. If you get the product you ordered it will be a miracle it takes forever and ever with multiple lies and made up stories. Beware of them switching product on you two different quality and charging you a higher amount. Look at some of the other bad reviews don't pay attention to the fake ones that their friends put on there.. I would definitely recommend someone else why take a chance of not getting what you paid for or losing your money you have been warned. Domingo is a liar and doesn't return...

The guy in the store was speaking quite negatively about other gaming store in Stockton. I personally feel that is unnecessary and trashy. I don't think I would go here again just because of that. So uncalled for. Let your business speak for itself it makes you seem weak and threatened by your competition. No need to make them seem bad so you look good, just look good.
