For the most part pizza is always cooked perfect just like in the commercials. There is however a morning manager that is extremely rude. I was supposed to receive credit for a pizza I had ordered the night before but they were so busy I had to leave without the food even though I already paid. So I went in the morning and it was a different manager from the night before I explained to her what had happened and showed her my online receipt and immediately she got very snappy with me like I was lying then finally she told one of the employees to remake my order when I finally got the order it was way to over cooked and didn't even have all the ingredients on it. So I took it back in to her she damn near yelled at me when I explained to her that the pizza was burnt and it was missing some toppings. She rudely replied that's how we make them here just like that and I showed her a picture of the same pizza I had ordered the week before from the same place with all the toppings and not burnt she once again snapped at a worker to make it again. Finally after waiting 30 minutes when there was no customers the whole time I finally got the pizza said thank you and left and when I opened it I realized the pizza was not even cut at all they pulled it from the oven slapped it in the box and gave it to me and I didn't have a knife or anything to cut it with for my workmates and I. Read moreI ordered in the 9am hour, I have a confirmation email at 9:44am saying to pick up between 3-3:05pm. When I get there, the young man says it will be ready in 10min. I'm confused by this, but stand aside. Then 18 min go by, I ask again, restating he said 10min, 18 min ago and he said "they're making it now. " You can probably guess my confusion, seeing as I paid for my order at 9:40 that morning. I asked to speak to a manager and she says "He doesn't remember telling you 10min" Excuse me? I shouldn't have even had to wait to begin with. I said, I ordered this at 9:40 this morning and you didn't even start on my order until I was supposed to pick it up and NOW I've been waiting 23min. The manager says "Ma'am everyone is waiting". "RIGHT, BUT DID THEY ORDER AT 9:40AM? PROBABLY NOT." No apology, no discount, nothing to even show any ounce of actual customer service. I'm a district manager for a chain of bars, I'd be re-evaluating my store of any of my managers or employees treated my customers...
Read moreI am extremely disappointed with the level of service I received from this establishment. I placed an order for a cheese pizza and was instead delivered a pepperoni pizza. Mistakes can happen, but the way the situation was handled was unacceptable.
When I called to address the issue, I was told that I would need to bring the incorrect pizza back so they could “confirm” that my order was wrong. This response not only implied doubt in my honesty as a customer but also demonstrated a complete lack of accountability on their part.
Rather than apologizing for the inconvenience and making it right promptly, the burden was placed entirely on me to correct their error. This level of negligence and disregard for customer satisfaction is disappointing and reflects poorly on the team’s training and priorities.
I will be reconsidering any future orders from this location unless there is a serious improvement in their customer service and...
