Starbucks — Restaurant in Lodi

I haven’t been to a more unpleasant feeling Starbucks ever. I made my purchase of breakfast and coffee for my partner and I. After which, I needed to use the restroom. I have a handicap which usually tends to make the time it takes for me to use the restroom and wash up close to 15 minutes. (I understand this is longer than most people need to use the restroom)This specific Starbucks had two restrooms and at the time I had been the only customer in the store, This is why I felt that the Starbucks employee knocking on the bathroom door four times, as well as announcing that they impose a time limit for the bathroom use to allow all customers to use it. Again, I completely understand if someone was waiting in line and had to use the bathroom with a sense of urgency would be an acceptable time to repeatedly knock on the door and hurry someone out, however when the second bathroom is unoccupied and there is no other customers waiting why would you be so rood to a customer who spends 10-30$ every day?! I definitely will be continuing to visit Starbucks but this one is on the black list for its negative energy and rood employees who should really be taught a lesson of tolerance and acceptance of different types of...

employees working there do a good job almost always. i go almost every week and almost every time everybody has been nice. i am not trying to point at an employee, but i do want to talk about one or two things from that employee. So as i was walking in, i was putting my mask on at the same time. i was about two feet through the door, and an employee coming from the back was not nice about it at all. Which i will admit was a bit annoying. it is one thing if i was just not going to put a mask on, or if i was not making the point to put on a mask, which had not been the situation at all. One thing i was also wanting to point out was that the employee had also been standing there, watching until i had my mask on once i was through the door, which had also been a bit annoying. if i am a young kid or not (which i am) still is not saying that you have the right to say whatever you want even as an employee. that was one of the only times i had seen the employee and the time that i had seen him, the guy was not that nice. i don’t want to complain, but i am doing what i feel is right. Im from Tracy and im sumwhat stuck here in lodi for a min this morning,yesterday i bought a 180 dollar jacket 130 dollar pair of nikes 50 dollar jeans 35 fox hat 35 dollar white DC t shirt i opened an account jointly yeste re day with my girlfriend from Lodi my funds are frozen for min ,only having some change in my pocket i asked a friendly guy and customer if he would help me with a 1 dollar and 30 cents the manager proceded to tell me i cant harass the customers and o cant stick around and ask for mo ey i calmly said yes mam to avoid conflict well she was doing some morning duties close by and i told her my situation like a brokn rwcord ahe accused me of harrasing customers and i woild or couldnt do so i said to her mam i only asked him fir a lil help via my situation clearly im jus that a lil stranded in a town i knpw little of i feel insulted and i feel somthing geosa inside as if ahe convinced me i was doung as she accused ive bee in here before and this starbucks is terrible snobs and i was embarreaed for the local community Lodi is a little bit id say wierd and accusing im upset and here i am Signed...
