Starbucks — Restaurant in Lodi

I come to this Starbucks because it’s right down the street from my house but for the last few times I have ordered to go drinks for pick up and they always mess up my order, the drink was super messy on top and then when you go back inside to ask nicely to fix something, and they give you an attitude like you’re the problem. Specifically the skinny white girl with arm tattoos she is very rude and we will be taking a break from coming to this one for morning pick ups! I would go to the one on Kettleman & Hutchins, they always get my drinks right and they’re always super nice! It’s 6:41 AM and you just started your shift, your tables are dirty and you have a bad attitude! Fast service is appreciated when you do it right, it’s better to wait a few minutes longer to receive what I paid for, versus wasting both of our time. Why is it that 9/10 my shaken expresso tastes like plain milk, not even a hint of coffee. $5 coffee should not have dead shots of expresso. Literally try to avoid this location even though it’s closer to me, but unfortunately ran out of coffee and couldn’t go to my usual location. Once again was disappointed enough to make this review. Also, the baristas need more training. Or maybe this location goes through so many that they’re constantly training new employees, I don’t know. A couple months ago I go and get my usual. So I go through drive threw I see my order is givin to the person in front of me they hand it Back then I get up there and she hands me my order I say did you just give my order to someone else she says yah but they didn't put there lips on it. I said so you didn't remake my order. I thought that once you handed a drink or food to someone you don't get it back especially since we are in a pandemic she said do you want us to remake it.
