Let me just Start by saying that I like Chipotle. But not all Chipotles are created equal.
This particular location is one of those that does not meet the standards But for some reason Every couple of years I convince myself that it'll be okay, surely they have improved...... š........
I ordered a bowl with chicken and Some queso and chips. They forgot to put the Chips in my bag so I had to go back in to get them.. No big deal, it happens every now and then. Got the. Chips and as i walked out I of course tried one of the. Chips.....but Some thing was off, they were a little different than I'm used to. Realized I Couldnt taste the Lime at all, and they were a different texture . But kept eating them with my. Queso because i was really hungry. By the time I got to the bottom of the bag, I discovered why... The last chip was half soggy, half crunchy. The soggy side had all the lime juice on it.
After that Disappointment, I opened my bowl... Sadly this was flavorless also.
This experience reminded me why i don't ever favor...

We came in when they were still supposed to be open for another 2 hours. No one want to help us. I stood at the front to order and even made eye contact with some girls in the kitchen but no one came up. It was super weird. Eventually a guy from further back came, but it was pretty clear he didn't want to help either. Or maybe he was a annoyed the girls didn't help us. Either way bad service. I could understand the attitude, if we came in 15 -30 minutes before close, but they were still supposed to be open for hours. Also all of the table and chairs were put up so you couldn't sit. That's why I double checked the hours. I think they wanted people to think...

Probably done with this food after tonight; portions get smaller and smaller, prices go up, and 30 minutes before closing you still hardly give anything in a 13 dollar burrito with nothing added? You have containers of meat full sitting around and after you close you all are either gonna throw it away or keep it for yourself...awesome policies. People should stop eating your food until you actually try to feed them. I know the portions you guys make yourselves for free every day arent like the portions you sell to paying customers.
But hey at least it's clean...
