I came here for the first time after getting a car wash at the place nearby and after trying to order one thing multiple times I was approached with terrible attitude saying they couldn’t hear me after I was practically yelling at the speaker. Then I told them it was my first time here and I just needed a second to look at the menu. I then had to yell at the speaker three times to get their attention again in a span of only 30-45 seconds. I then had to repeat my order several times after being switched to a different girl. Once I arrived at the window, the iPad they had was shoved into my face so fast I almost got hit in the face. She asked for a tip and I put a big fat 0. Then gave me the most terrible attitude while handing my drink to me and didn’t even tell me to have a good day nothing. The first time I went there my drink was the best I’d ever had. I was floored by how good it tasted. It was the twisted sister. And they didn’t beg for tips or make me sign for my credit card. Next time I ordered the same drink just a bigger size and it took forever. They also shoved the tipping computer in my face. I just paid $5 for a soda and this employee needs to push the tipping computer in my face. They put so much cheese cake flavoring in I couldn’t even drink it. It was disgusting. I even tried to dilute it by adding a whole can of Dr Pepper to it and the cheese cake flavoring was still over powering. Maybe that was retribution for not tipping ‘ cause the girl checked. At swig if I pay with a credit card I don’t have to sign and I don’t get that tipping computer in my face. It makes me want to leave a tip cause they are just nice. Pretty quick service, ive never had a negative experience, employees are nice, drive through is unique and easy to navigate. update: I wrote this review while waiting in line for probably 10 minutes or more. am I changing my review? no. I waiting in line because someone had ordered 12 drinks for their office. without calling in. the girl at the window was so kind and told me what was happening and I can't even fathom that someone would order that many drinks without calling in. She handled the situation so well and was polite and apologetic. once those drinks got out I had my drinks ready in 30 seconds.
