We stopped by panda for lunch. We waited in line for 20 minutes (understandable) then got to the front and they were out of noodles (understandable) they told us the wait time would be 4 minutes. 20+ minutes later they called us and said the noodles were done. (burnt) Me and my wife get the bigger plate to share. The Teriyaki that they told my wife was available was chicken as the Teriyaki sauce was gone. So we got in the car to hurry back to work as we were already late. As we drove I looked in our box. There was almost no entree. On top of the noodles being burnt and the Chefs special which we had confirmed twice was no additional cost was charged as a premium item. So it took almost an hour to get burned noodles and almost no entree. Now this was not a one time bad experience get on the internet and vent. Unfortunately this was their LAST chance. And they failed more miserably than ever before. The only reason that the review is a 2 star and not a 1 star is because the tiny bit of meat I did get was the normal delicious panda taste. I love panda as a whole but would not recommend this particular panda to anyone.
@sassaroth how did you contact them because our experience was unacceptable. With every other Panda I have visited I have been very satisfied. However lying to your customers, taking money for items not delivered (theft), and many other things they did at this Panda, it should not be in business.
Edit. I gave this 2 stars because I love Panda. My wife who usually complains about nothing said you should have given it 1 star so others know not to go there. Until fixed this...
Read moreWent through the drive thru near closing time but was still greeted warmly and helped normally. The food was warm and fresh and delicious! They had us pull around to wait for a couple minutes and then the employee brought it out to us when it was done. My only complaint was how long we sat at the menu board before someone came on the speaker and their ordering screen was broken.
Came back a second time and had ordered ahead on the app but sadly this didn’t make things much faster. I still ended up waiting for 5-10 minutes for my food. It was a little frustrating at first bc it took a while for the employees to even acknowledge me. Once they did though, I was informed that they were out of fried rice and were making more and he offered me a free drink while I waited which was very nice.
Tried to place an online order the third time and it said online ordering wasn’t available at this location?? I had a deal that was only available online so I had to order from the North Logan Panda and drive all the way up there to pick it up. Super inconvenient and annoying.
Most recent experience was fine. The worker that helped us was very attentive and friendly but she JIPPED us on portions! I got a bowl and I only got like 5 pieces of chicken. My husband asked for a bigger plate and she asked if he wanted his 3rd entree in the box or separate?? Then proceeded to still give him small portions and leave room in the box as if it was for third entree even though he asked for the third entree separately. The north Panda is WAY better at...
Read moreWe recently encountered an issue with a Family Meal order placed through the Panda Express app. After picking up our order and dining in, we discovered upon arrival at our destination (30 minutes away) that our card had been charged twice.
We promptly contacted Panda Express to request a refund for the duplicate charge. However, we were informed that they couldn't process a refund and advised us to resolve the issue with our bank.
To our frustration, the staff also mentioned that if we didn't return for the food, the duplicate order would be discarded. We requested that they store it in their fridge for pickup later, but this was refused.
Later that evening, we called back to inquire about the managers on duty. Upon asking, the representative abruptly disconnected the call. Subsequent attempts to reconnect were met with my phone number blocked.
Undeterred, I visited the location in person and politely requested the names of the managers on duty from the cashier. However, she declined to provide the information, stating that the managers were unavailable in the back.
When two additional staff members joined, I reiterated my request. They also refused to disclose the managers' names, and the group retreated to the corner of the store.
Patiently, I waited until one of the managers emerged, at which point I was finally able to obtain their names.
We were shocked by the unprofessional handling of our issue.
