Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Providence

The Logan location seems to be a bit more consistent with the ordering process in the drive through.

Of the times I’ve gone to the Providence location, it has been very hit or miss with getting our order taken. There will be a person outside taking orders from the car in front of us. We then pull forward because no one responded to us at the order terminal.

By the time we pull forward the person outside helping take orders has vanished. We were instructed to pull forward and wait while they get our order prepared. We did, but then they forgot about our order entirely.

They also forgot our drinks when they did eventually bring our food out.

I am not super happy with this location. I went through the drive through and made my order, then I asked if I could pay $10 on my visa gift card, and the rest on my normal card, the two individuals taking my order didn’t know how so they sent me ahead to the one who takes cash. He also didn’t know how to do it so I explained you just charge the card and it will charge what’s left on the card, then I’ll pay the remaining balance. For the sake of it being a new place, I'm not gonna shame the place. But I was kinda disappointed it took 15 minutes + to only get 2 cookies and cream shakes. They seemed remorseful so they made it up for us. But I saw they made it, and they were sitting there for around 8 minutes.
