This Starbucks sucks,let ne be very detailed.My family went there on a day when the drinks were buy 1 get 1 free.Here is the complaint and problem:I forgot my phone which has my app on it and never carry the actual card.My family and I ordered and I explained to the drive thru barista that didnt have the app because was rushing to get there before end time of special.The barista said she understood and that it was no problem,now let be clear wasnt just GREAT because she make an exception to do it.But, because she understood and her customer service was great.Here us the BANGER,when I drive up to the window to pay there was a different barista at window and he said we needed to have app and we went thru the whole spill again and advised him the female barista said it was ok and asked him to verify that info with her and he evidently didnt go to the girl.So I asked for GM none was in so he told supervisor Daniel@(Lynwood Location)told him and he was rude non understanding and did not accommodate my family and I as well after running my gas and wasting my time in drive thru.So not only that who was gonna go run back home to get cell phone wait in line again to be told its after 6 and we cant give u the buy1 get 1free.If the 1st barista didnt say yes and that she cant accommodate then there wouldnt be this bad review.Wasnt about the drinks customer service is everything to my family and I,as well as we spend...
Read moreIt is unfortunate that I am having to write this review because I love my coffee and I love Starbucks coffee but my experience this year at THIS location with my orders have been terrible. The barista's who are making the coffee surely need to be trained properly because they can't make a simple iced white mocha to save their lives. If its 1 thing they are consistent with is making horrible drinks. They do not add the appropriate measurements, they do not add the requested amount of add ons (but they sure do know how to charge for them) and most often, Its just milk in a cup, LITERALLY ONE TIME I GOT MILK IN A CUP. Drinks taste like water, ice or milk. What kind of establishment known for coffee doesn't know how to make coffee? I've had to leave my place of work to exchange my coffee because of how poorly it was made. The baristas and employee's are kind and try to be helpful but the real issue is that the baristas are horrible at making coffee. Please train your baristas, please test them occasionally to make sure they are maintaining and I hope that this place can turn back around otherwise I will be giving my business to the Starbucks down the street. I'm an ex starbucks 10 year employee I recently left the company so leaving a bad review for a Starbucks is brand new for me, but this store definitely deserves it. I come through almost every single day and regrettably I'm almost guaranteed disappointment and bad service not every single time but more often than not I wait long times in the drive thru or my drink is messed up, today I ordered a cold brew with 2 add shots and some splenda and cold foam, simple enough drink but to my disappointment it was bitter, sugarless and the foam wasn't even present this drink cost me almost 8 dollars and it's my usual drink or an americano similar set up I work graveyard so when I come to get my drink at 2 in the afternoon I've just woken up, I place my mobile and come thru I've been a regular at this location for the last 6 months and not one employee can even recognize me or knows my name on top of the bad drinks the service is just like my cold foam today...Lacking substance. So very disappointed not the 3rd place at all. Maybe I should contact corporate and talk to renee the RM because obviously the DM here isnt doing anything to resolve this...
