Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Lombard

Update: Got a reply off my original review the day the review was submitted. I was asked to send an email with my contact info to discuss the issue further. I sent the email with my information that same day. More than a week later, still no reply or follow-up.

Original Review: Several days ago I placed a contactless delivery order w/ this location (Lombard). Contactless delivery was made, however, they left the wrong order. Since the driver had already left, I tried calling this location, but got nothing but weird Verizon automated messages and no option to speak with someone. I tried using the app to try and get ahold of someone, but all they offered me was a free pizza or 20% off my order, but I just wanted my order. I figured the driver would eventually come back, but after 20 minutes and still nothing and no way to get ahold of the store, I called a different Dominos location (Elmhurst). They said they couldn't do anything since it's all franchised. Few minutes later, the delivery driver finally rang my doorbell with my order and asked to take the incorrect order they gave me. My food was cold. I left a review for my order via the survey Dominos sent that evening with all these details. Since then, no one has reached out. Problem is, I like Dominos pizza! But there's no way to order delivery from a different location/store. I guess I'll try a different place...

I am so disappointed at this location I was a loyal customer at this location but moving on forward I decided to take my business somewhere else I am so disappointed I place an order yesterday for two pizzas I received the pizzas so dry it seems that it did not have sauce now keep in mind I order pizza from this location all the time yesterday when I tried to reach out to the manager at this location he just brushed me off and I told the manager that I was not looking for a free meal but at least replace my pizzas but I could not even get that done I tried calling you the corporate number and of course you cannot get through all the money that I have spent at this location throughout the months I ordered a ground beef Pizza and it was awful my second pizza was a sausage and pepperoni pizza which it did not even have sauce but it's okay I will take my business elsewhere people boycott this place find yourself a better location better service to the public this location has lost my business zero stars to you guys and thank you very much for taking consideration with a...

I ordered barbecue wings at Domino's. Barbecue wings are supposed to have barbecue sauce cooked on to the chicken. Not just some barbecue sauce poured on top of it. This is what I got look at the picture below. Now this was on 403 East North Avenue, Lombard Illinois. It seems to be unknown in this Domino's in this part of the Chicago metro area, that you actually cook the barbecue sauce onto the chicken if it says barbecue wings. If you look at the picture that is on their menu it's barbecue sauce cooked on the wings. Don't they look at their own menu? So now I have some regular fried wings with barbecue sauce on top of it like you see below. This happened today. I should have checked it before I walked out but I didn't. Try not to go to this place. Or if you do make sure you check your food and don't pay for it if they get it wrong because this is ridiculous especially considering it's right on their menu what this is supposed...
