Rude service and very bad staff!!! Me and my friends went to this location because we wanted the energy drink that dunkin used to serve a long time ago, we just wanted a large cup with ice and blue raspberry concentrate and we were gonna buy the monster from somewhere else so we were gonna make our own drink since they don’t have that energy drink in the menu anymore, and it’s not a big deal to do that because I have worked at Dunkin’ Donuts for a long period of time and I know they had the energy drink so when they discontinued people would still come and ask for the large cup and ice with blue raspberry concentrate, but when we asked for it they did not gave it to us and said we don’t do that here and we waited 30 minutes in their parking lot for them to open and get our blue raspberry concentrate and we waited for nothing and it really disappointed me a lot because it was really not a big deal it’s just a cup with ice and concentrate there’s nothing so extra about it… I’m never visiting this...
Read moreWait wasn't a big issue but then I'm guessing an employee off the clock went behind the counter to help not wearing a mask or gloves and got the person in front of us their apple fritter then when it came down to us ordering we asked for a refill and the off the clock employee asked how to charge for a refill and the girl on the clock refused to give us a refill price even though we had our own cups and understand how the refill process works( order coffee, make(add cream n sugar and what not) coffee in plastic cup and hand off to customer to then pour into own cup because the pandemic going on. Every other location that we have been to has never given us a problem about a refill price but this location said we have to pay full price/for the cup.. Read moreNot even 1 star in my opinion. It's poorly run lately. Lines have become longer & Longer. They can't hire enough people (as all businesses can't these days) (Temp agency?) and the people they have aren't supervised in the morning. If they are then shame on the manager. If you can't handle running the front counter and the drive thru go back to Pandemic conditions and just run the drive thru to service your customers. 13 minutes in line with 10 cars in front of me is horrible service. How hard is it to make a cup of coffee? I know the one heavyset girl doesn't move at all, will just sit at the window while the others bring her the items. You need to fix it before you lose more customers like me. Starbucks across the street becomes a faster solution, although at a higher price. Don't go to this Dunkins unless...
