Horrible customer service. Went through the driver thru. I should have just backed out of there once he spoke to me. I start to order my food. I start with can I get a... and he yells out "YES YOU MAY". OK! Start ordering and he replies " HEH OK THAS It?" No. Finished ordering and he says " YOU SAID WHAT?" Told him that's all he says "ok". So I pull up to the window he walks from the front and he's on his cell phone. Puts the person on hold takes my card ... no total, hands me my card, no receipt. OK maybe it'll be in the bag? My meal came with a drink and he of course gets the wrong one. Then he proceeds to tell me "you wanna buy another one?" He sticks his whole head out the window "you wanna buy another soda" I just want my fruit punch. But guess what he does. Closes the window fills up a cup of water and starts drinking it. They had zero customers at the time. And I'm sure it'll end up like that, if he is still there. Didn't get his name big mistake cause there was no receipt, but he was tall, black and had a 49er mask on. Oh and a 100% unprofessional. Proud to say I'll never be back here. PS all caught on dash...
Read moreI’ve never felt the need to leave a negative review until now, but the customer service at this KFC location was by far the worst I’ve ever experienced. From the moment I started placing my order at the intercom, the employee was unbelievably rude. Even my child, sitting in the backseat, noticed and commented on her attitude. Despite this, I decided to give her the benefit of the doubt and didn’t mention it when I got to the window.
However, things only got worse. While waiting in line, I decided to add an additional item to my order—a simple request for some tenders—but her reaction was so visibly annoyed that I decided not to even bother. At that point, I felt it was better to just leave.
I’ve heard about others having bad experiences at this location, but this one truly takes the cake. It’s shocking that a franchise like KFC allows this kind of behavior to continue. I was here today, and when I heard his voice on the other end, almost drove away. I was here 3 months ago, he got my order totally wrong and was very rude when I asked him to fix it. But we all have bad days so today I figured give him another chance. The guy is a thug and rude. Throws your change at you, won't give you a receipt. You have to ask several times for one, then he yells at you about it, when you ask for one and rudley, ignores you about it. when you ask for a manager, he puts his head out the window and says, yeah, I'm the manager, so what. When you ask for another one, he will be rude to you, the same guy, and yells at you. And he does this all in front of the other employees, who I'm assuming are just like him.
