Been to this Taco Bell quite a few times. Each time the service has been not so good, but the last time my wife and I went we had the pleasure of dealing with Fernando. A few words to describe this individual, argumentative, rude, disrespectful. This guy should not be in any service industry. Look I get it, some people hate their jobs, but you don’t bring that attitude with you to work. No one forced this guy to work there. It was so bad that we decided to not complete our order in the drive through and we left. Fernando, if you ever read this you should know a couple things about working in a service industry. 1. Don’t argue with the customer, you’re there to serve them. 2. Don’t disrespect the customer. I told you I tried ordering 2 times through the speaker. If you didn’t hear me then that’s one thing, but to tell me I didn’t attempt it and to begin to argue with me and get an attitude is unacceptable. Read moreOrder 2 freezes, 2 fries, was not given a receipt. Then asked me to go up front because the fries weren't done. Waited over ten minutes Went in and then waited another 5 for someone to order and the register employee to return. At that point I brought it up and the window guy was coming out with 3 tacos and 2 fries. They said that was what they had. Unless they started making blueberry lemonade tacos and baja blast tacos, I'm quite sure that's inexcusable. They even told me they didn't have the strawberry freezes at that time. I also live near this one and have come by at 9:30 and they say they're already closed though the door hours say otherwise.
UPDATE: was told the manager would reach out through customer service number, they never called. This place really doesn't care at all. Lmao. I'd worry about my safety with the food at...
Read moreHorrible service. Pulled to drive thru- we tell them we're ready to order they tell us pull forward so we figure maybe the speaker is not working or they can't hear correctly.
We pull forward and the guy says twenty something dollars , we said we haven't ordered yet, the cashier argues and says " it's the only order I have so it's twenty dollars" we again tell him you didn't take our order you told us to pull forward. And the genius was just dumbfounded.
All he had to do was say sorry and take our order instead he argued that he didn't tell us that and maybe he was talking to someone else but we were the only ones at the speaker and the other cars were already at the pay window so none of it made sense.
Either way the employee was rude, didn't even bother to take our order...
