Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in London

We waited 1 hour and a half for our order. They said it was delivered but we never received it. We called the store and were told to wait a few minutes. Thirty Minutes later, still nothing. We called again to be told, “It says it was delivered,” and they were remaking and sending it back out immediately/ASAP. We have never received the food. We ordered at 6:13 p.m. and gave up hope around 8:20 p.m. Sucks because it is okay food if you actually receive it. This is about the third or fourth time this has happened to us unfortunately.

I ordered 1 14" hand toss extravaganzza and 1 8 piece stuffed cheesy on line at 5:54 my wife went to pick it up and my order was on their board for pick up, so she asked about it but they could not find it so the had to make it again. They did not make it right away they made her wait till last so my order did not get finished till 6:40 and not one time did that female teanager appoloize to her for the delay but she did to everyone else. Now this could be because my wife is ASIAN and the only Asian in the place...

So I ordered last night and my order was missed up then the drive didn't come to the right house and called me to try and find the house.... h Jason was nest door from my and said that he was going to drive in the yard and got stuck in my yard waited 15 mins in my yard before he got out of his car to bring the food to my door and I called the store to the manager know about it all and just said he can give me a credit then was worried about him being stuck in my yard.... I have pictures of my yard now...
