McDonald's — Restaurant in London

This was the absolute worst McDonald's I have ever been to. First, the line was out INTO the street. When I finally got up there to order, it was about a 10 minutes so far. I got around the building, not a soul. Just up at the food window. Ok... So, pay, go to the next window. Got my drinks. They asked that I go around front to wait for my food. Holding for my egg mcMuffin's. Waiting.. waiting.. 10 min later, Brought out some food. Looked in the bag, not my order. But I saw she had an egg mcmuffin too. He took the bag back to the lady behind me. Came back to me and asked what I ordered. Told him. He came back out and asked if I wanted to wait for another egg mcmuffin (I had ordered 2, said another would be another 3 minutes, no biggie as I had already waited about 20 so far) (they gave MY OTHER egg mcmuffin to the lady behind me.) or if I wanted free ice cream, pies, etc. I said "no, thank you" and said I didn't mind waiting for the other one, 3 minutes isn't a big deal. Waited ANOTHER 10 MINUTES and a different guy came out and brought me a bag. Checked it.. Still WRONG. Wrong size fries, missing the cheeseburgers now. I asked the guy, what size fries come with a meal? He said.. "Uhhh... uhhhh... hmmmm.. I don't know what you ordered?" I told him. I said, "you know what, just get my cheeseburgers and forget it. It's already been 30 MINUTES!!!!" Then, get home, and the pie I said I didn't want in the first place, but gave it anyway, WAS EXPIRED. Said to enjoy by 3:04 pm and this was almost 7 pm! I went through the drive-thru at this location. Having been my first time at this location coming from a different direction seeing a huge short low to the ground McDonald's sign it was very confusing on how to get into this locations drive-thru but if I had went to the traffic light turned left an went in that way it would have been much easier. After getting to the drive-thru I was able to place my order the young man who took my order seemed friendly enough. There were no other cars in the drive-thru upon my arrival, only one white car in the parking lot, they didn't appear to be busy inside at all, however the workers also didn't appear to be busy. My order was extremely simple a $3 McChicken bundle with no lettuce, a large sweet tea with no ice and a cinnamon roll. The time I waited to get my food would have suggested otherwise. I'm really not sure what took them so long to get my order together and out the window to me because there was definitely enough staff to service a busy restaurant. After finally receiving most of my order I don't know that the young lady under stood why I was still at the window until she ask me if I had received my drink yet upon which I told her no. Seeing as how she was the only one at the window the only person waiting on me. It was only after leaving this location driving down the road that to my surprise I found lettuce on my sandwich, there was no silverware to cut or eat the cinnamon roll with either. I don't believe that I will be returning to this location in my future travels in this area. Hopefully they preform better & are more customer service friendly normally than on...

I visited this McDonald's for breakfast, lunch and dinner for several years. The past two Saturdays I went through the drive-thru, ordered pancakes and sausage. Well last Saturday, no syrup. This morning, I ordered pancakes and sausage. No sausage, no silverware. I go inside and a lady said may I help you. I said well two weekends in a row and disappointed in your service. She said we have a lot of new people. I said I don't care, no excuse. You need to train them properly. I told her I didn't get my sausage. She took my bag and put a piece of sausage in there. Well she still failed to give me silverware and to top it off, she took my syrup and butter out of my bag. My pancakes were cold. Never again will I go to that Location. I don't care how hungry I am. I tried calling the location. Number isn't working.. I want to report to corporate. Who...
