I don't usually leave reviews, but they have gotten awful here. They are so rude. I won't be returning. Today, they had three cars pulled aside from the drive-thru and asked me to pull around to a flagpole. I said no, I'll wait right here because the last time that happened, I waited nearly an hour and still did not receive my food. Instead of understanding, the female got the male who told me to pull around, and I said no, I'll wait right here. He said "My name is Billy in case you need to tell anyone". He said it would be ten minutes and the people in front of me would get their food first. I said, "Yeah, they should." I was not trying to get my food before the other three cars. Then, instead of handing my food out of the window, they had two females bring my food out the door. I pulled up, and the first female from the window gave me an attitude about not pulling up. I told her to drop the attitude as I didn't have one. A second female had the first go inside, and then she gave me an attitude and said "I have drive thru times, and I get in trouble if they're high". I said the drive thru times are not my problem. Stop putting drive thru times before your quality of service. Y'all seem miserable there. Having three different people be rude just because I didn't want to pull away from the window is ridiculous. Read moreThey was rude and second of all the guy on the front line he was constantly eating french fries chicken nuggets ice cream and everything else taking his fingers in his mouth then he will get the customers food and and bag them up and then he would also get literally french fries healthy bolts and their food and then go in the back and send them to the customer and then while I was there because my phone was up and I was watching a movie first of all and I think that's b* just because I was watching a movie and they think I was recording which I was not like I told her if I was recording I will show it to you show you what's a guy doing that he was eating other people's food and then serve it to them his fingers was in the fingers in his mouth and and serving it to the customer and and he would also was that ice cream for the drive-thru and he literally licked off of it. And hand it drive-thru I don't know if it went out to customers. Read moreAs a restaurant manager myself, I RARELY complain about anything, however, this is by far the most horrible expierence I’ve had at a McDonald’s. We went through drive thru and my husband, who is a little light spoken places the order. We waited, after about 1 full minutes the guy says “I’m sorry, what was that?” So he says it again, louder. Again we wait, again the guys asks him to repeat it. We do this 4 times! When we get to the window I ask the guy to repeat the order back to me because he didn’t at the speaker. He had it wrong. I ordered a Big Mac meal, no onions, extra Mac sauce. He kind of rolls his eyes, but changes the order. We get the food very quickly, which tells you it’s not fresh at all, I get home and when I take a bite of the Big Mac I almost threw up. There was so much seasoning on the burgers there is no way it wasn’t done intentionally. It was completely inedible and it also had a LOT of onions on it. I tried to call, but of course no one answered the phone. My dogs wouldn’t even eat the burger patties after I tried to get the seasoning off of them. This place needs new management or something.
