Burger King — Restaurant in London

Every Dr visit , I take my son/parents here after...NEVER to be disappointed. Food is always good and fresh , and the team they have is great, gentleman at register never gets any order wrong, & we are 1 of those families who has to leave this off or add this, change up buns all for health issues...I just eat healthiest I can, son loves mayo only mostly,no cheese for 1parent w dialysis , & 1 who can't have anything with seeds. This place never complains always accommodates!!! We have few little fast food places like a DQ in our county and we wouldn't eat there if paid any amount of money. Best Burger King pretty much from Florida to here we've ate at its not often but, when we do its worth every dime and soo clean and quietly pleasant, best service that we take out the time to sit down inside and enjoy our meal!!! It's why we save it for after all appts in town. Yesterday our last visit gentleman who took my order very nicely carried a tray to our table for me due to 1 thing they do not do that we hate that other places love doing , fries n condiments on 1 tray and sandwiches all on 2nd tray!!! Nothing all spilled out due to overcrowding tray...we had 4 of us mom filled all drinks n other two washing hands when food done soo, he kindly insisted on helping me nice lady up front helping him offered to carry 2nd tray so I could put my card n receipt in wallet so I didn't drop or lose anything...THIS IS WHY WE LOVE THIS PLACE.. 1 AWESOME REALLY GOOD RECOMMENDATION IS TO GIVE THIS BK THE NEW SODA/POP STATION FOR DINING ROOM LIKE RICHMOND ,KY BURGER KING, THEY ARE OK TOO BUT WOULD LOVE TO HAVE THAT AUTOMATED FLAVOR AND MANY CHOICE TOUCH SCREEN DISPENSER IN LONDON,KY 1...and w it maybe Dt.Mt.Dew for some who like a soda every now then n other than Sprite 0 it's only one dialysis patient can have without having to always choose unsweetened tea...🤔🤗❤🙆👍👏👑🍅🍔🍟🍰🍧🍵🍽!!! Stopped to grab lunch before heading home today pulled up gave my order per usual and was asked to pull around once I got to the window I paid was given my drink And like always asked to pull forward, now if I had a large order I could understand but I did not ask for anything complicated just a simple sandwich that shouldn't have taken more than a couple minutes there was one car behind me that was pulling up once I pulled forward, I asked the clerk working the window why I needed to pull forward for such a small order and they informed me " because there was a timer and so we keep the cars going so we don't get in trouble" I let her know that that was cheating the system but pulled forward regardless of how silly it seemed. Several minutes passed and the two people behind me pulled out before one younger gentleman brought out an order of several burgers which was not my order I explained this to him He smirked at me and proceeded to walk back in I sat there for another 15 minutes watching several more cars order and leave with their food before just saying screw it and left myself so I paid for food that I...

Dirty! When you walk in the place looks old and not clean at all. The cashier was the best part about the place. She had lots of trouble working the register, but remained friendly and courteous. The staff was screaming in the background trying to keep morale up, but it was super distracting. Granted, I know they tried their best, but the food was just yuck. They had a TV playing in the corner, which was super loud and playing those try not to laugh videos. We had asked for mayo, which we got, but the cashier realized she forgot and brought us some after we were 3/4 done with our food. Really sweet of her.
