I am so disappointed. My husband and I went here a year ago and the service was beyond slow and the food was mediocre. We swore we'd never be back. With our extremely limited viable restaurant options in London we decided to give it another try last night. We were literally the only people in there at first. The lady behind the register didn't greet us and just stood there. We weren't familiar with the whole ordering at the register thing since it had been a while (and honestly, I'm sorry but how lazy do you have to be to have your customers come to you when the whole place is maybe 20ftx20ft). Options seemed limited but I ordered a salad and my husband ordered a sandwich. We sat and the lady brought us cokes that tasted like water. About 30 minutes later she brought my salad. About 10 minutes after that came my husband's sandwich. Not sure why it took 45 minutes to make a ham and cheese sub with as many people as they had in the kitchen with only us and one other person who walked in. Again, mediocre food. Of course no service at that point. I guess if we wanted anything else we would've had to bring ourselves to their counter, just rude, I'm sorry. Then we went up and asked the man for ice cream. To which his reply WAS A SHRUG AND A LOOK LIKE AW MAN, REALLY?! Like we were putting him out. I had to ask again, is this not possible? He reluctantly scooped our ice cream, we paid, and left. If anyone is reading this and getting angry with me I suggest you look at what YOU did wrong. I'm all about supporting our local businesses but between this place, the frozen in the middle/cooked on the outside salmon from Tony's, and Ronetti's who can't get an order straight to save their lives, I think I'll stick with Bob Evans. I'm longing for a decent restaurant in London. I had high hopes with Tony's and MnMs but oh well. It's worth driving to Hilliard every time we want to eat or...
Read morePhat Daddy's is a true hidden gem. Not only is their pizza top tier, but so is the rest of their menu. They have daily specials that are great deals, and they also have delicious lunch specials to pick up while you're out & about or stop in to eat to get a nice break from whatever you are doing. A meal of high note is their Taco Pita Lunch Special. Savory taco meat on pita bread with toppings you choose such as cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, olive, and jalapeño. What really seals the deal with this menu item is the doritos that come on the side and sour cream [plus the fact that there's no beans in this if you are picky like me]. This meal comes with a small salad and a drink, plus the service here at Phat Daddy's is excellent. I absolutely love coming here and I highly recommend to anyone who doesn't know what they want for a meal, you can get it to-go if you aren't wanting to dine in! P.S. - they also have the best taco pizza in this part of Ohio in my opinion if you are in a taco-y mood. Give Phat Daddy's a try if you haven't before, they do...

We tried Phat Daddy's a few years ago, and really didn't care for it. Over priced and poor quality. Not great on flavor.
Fast forward to now, and we decided to give it another shot. Ordered a couple subs, lasagna, and stromboli for dinner. Subs were decent, lasagna was great, stromboli was decent. They forgot breadsticks and salads and had to make a second trip. Maybe 3 stars.
We decided to try them again a couple weeks later for lunch - couple subs, spaghetti, and a pizza. Spaghetti had to have been from the day before (we threw it out, nasty meatballs, hard spaghetti), pizza was way over baked (crust was hard as nails), and the subs were definitely NOT the subs we had gotten before (quality wise). Forget the salad again.:( Definitely 1-star.
It's an average place at best, and a terrible place at worst. The prices seem fair, except for the pizza, which is...
