I've dined at this location approximately 2-3 times, and everytime it's a battle to find good parking. The parking lot is disgraceful. There are very few spots PLUS the spots are very narrow. This is not Which Wich's fault by any means, but it certainly does play a role in proving for a worthwhile experience.
Food: The food is fresh and tasty. I usually order a 10.5 inch Turkey sandwich.
Service: To be desired. If you're looking for a 1-2-3, keep the car running kinda deal, you're out of luck. If it's busy, be prepared to wait a good ten minutes or more for your sandwich. Quizno's(poor quality) is much quicker, especially for a toasted sandwich. One thing Which Wich should do is ask you when you order if you want your sandwich to go or dine-in. All the sandwiches are made "TO GO."
Atmosphere: I really like the Atmospehre. There is plenty of seating to go around and plenty of walking space. You don't feel cramped one bit. The look is modern-industrial, "which" I like. The establishment always appears very clean from head to toe. The ordering process can be a little awkward for first timers. You must pick the correct "bag menu" for the type of sandwich you want. If you pick the wrong check-off menu, you'll get the wrong sandwich. It happened to me once, so I know. If you don't know what you're doing, ASK for help.
Value: I find the sandwiches to be on the expensive side. A 10.5 inch Turkey base price is $7.50. Add in extra fixins', chips, drink and you're well...
Read moreWorst service Ive experienced in awhile - Im a delivery driver and I waited 45 minutes for 2 orders, a total of 3 wiches. Sunday afternoon, with 4 staff members - I watched as the young man with glasses cussed outloud at what he was doing, flinging the bags down the order line, none of them knew how to communicate with eachother or take the initiative to work together with efficiency and accuracy under pressure, they were frustrated having a hard time. Two of the boys looked like they had no idea what to do. Whether youre serving unexpected large groups walking in or not, the staff should be fully trained for anything, and know how to present a positive, professional experience for their guests - this IS food service. The crew especially needs coaching on how to work as a team and manage multitasking between hustling in-house and to-go orders. Whomever owns this shop needs to provide better support and training to the staff 💯
I would never come here and pay as a customer for this kind of service. Some ppl who were dining in said they had been waiting an hour. Some guests just walked out. I was embarrased for the staff that none of them had skills or know how to work a lunch rush. Please do better, there is no excuse for that kind of poor service, and it really just takes a positive effort from all involved...
Read moreWhole restaurant was filled with smoke. I asked if they had a fire, the teenage guy said no. I'm the only customer in the restaurant at 445pm on a Saturday. Husband ordered online and paid, I was already out so I picked up. When I got there 2nd sandwich was being made. Soda machine was out of order. (Fine by us, we don't need soda). 2 minutes go by, the teenage boy who started our order tells another teenage boy to finish it while he collects trash. After going to both trash cans there was no trash to remove...so no customers all day? A few minutes later a 3rd teenage boy comes to the counter from the back room. A couple minutes later they both go to the back room. After 2 or 3 minutes I walk up to the counter and call out "Hello" 2nd kid making our sandwiches comes out with deer in the headlights look. I ask do you have my to go order ready? He asks for my name. I tell him yes and should be 2 sandwiches. He picks up the bag and hands it to me and says "ya". I get home, and BOTH our sandwiches were missing 2 items we ordered. We used to eat here every month and haven't been for probably 3 months. New management? I don't know but Which Wich is going down the drain!! Don't eat their. We don't plan on going back anytime...
