Cold Stone Creamery — Restaurant in Lone Tree

I've tried all the toppings but Banana scoop is one among my favorites. Place is clean and discreet. Nice environment, you can bring your kids, friends, groups or whoever you like. Staff is very friendly. If you're not sure what to take, simply ask the staff they will help you choose the best flavor, toppings, size and other stuff. It's very rare to see staff spending time with customers in such places. They have long benches outside instead of chairs which is cool for this environment. This place also smells good. I have no concerns regarding this place or their quality. I would prefer this place compared to other places. The only thing I'd think twice when going to this place is the distance from my home. It's a little far from the place where I live. If I ever go to Park Meadows shopping mall I'd definitely go have ice cream at...

Never seen anything like it. Long line here- but Employees stand around chatting with each other doing nothing while one poor employee does all the work and waits on the customers, one by one. The three standing behind them literally stander with their scoops and towels and chat with each other. I don’t look up, not wanting to make eye contact with all the customers. You’re wasting your money, paying several employees and actually doing anything. When I nicely asked if the others waiting behind, might be willing to take the next customer, they were snarky and rude. While the ice cream is good, and I’ve always liked cold stone, I will not...

Usually love Rocky mountain and cold stone but my husband and I were very disappointed by the quality of the food. It was my husbands first time going to a rocky mountain Chocolate Factory so we bought a ton of fudge and chocolate. We got home had a piece of each thing and the fudge and chocolates tasted old, bitter and stale(Like those ones you get in advent calendars). I have been to a few of these establishments and the food has never tasted so bad! I mean it was bad.....We spit everything out!
