Potbelly — Restaurant in Lone Tree

I ordered for picked up at 12 at the one in lone tree Colorado, park meadows area, where Home Depot at. I came before 1130 since it’s my break so when I came I asked the older man if hi he said he is manager then he said go to that girl, go to the line and asked the lady who piled the kind of bread( first who asked you about the order) then she said she has 2 order in front of me so after that she will make my bread as soon as possible. Took them 30 minutes. I asked the manager. He then started to argue with me and kept saying u order at noon and told me you didn’t wait for 30 minutes. The fact that this is my lunch hour of course I know and I time it too. And for a manager to start arguing and called me a lier about the time is unacceptable. Unfortunately I ordered to go again at 4 today 10/ 25 / 23 later today I had already paid so gotta pick it up but this is my last time to deal with un professional and un productive peeps. So sad the company hired a manager like him and the lady who first didn’t say sorry because she heard what I said didn’t owned her mistake is the biggest down...

8/10/25- I got the medium size and the overall quality to price was not worth it. The chicken salad was very bland and so dry it sucked the moisture out of your mouth. Even having them add mayo and their garlic sauce to it didn't help because the base chicken salad was a disaster. I don't know if they make the chicken salad in house or get it already made, but this chicken salad needs some real help. The meal deal is also not worth it. They only have one brand of chips, lots of different flavors, but all the different chips for this brand are not good and the bags barely have a 3rd of the bag filled with chips. Also we had a hard time finding a clean table and had to clean one ourselves. I've had better experiences at different locations in the past, but it's been at least 5 years since I have been to one. I remember the food being good and a good price for the quality, but that doesn't seem to be...

Food was good. I ordered a shake with no one else in line and I didn’t get it for 30 minutes when they said they would bring it out. After standing by the counter for 10 minutes, we got completely ignored by the older man in glasses and then when a younger worker came over and asked if we needed anything, the older man snapped at my husband and I and said where were you?!? We couldn’t find you: this was done 15 minutes ago, like it was my fault that I knew if it was done or not. We were sitting in a mostly empty lobby and waiting very close to the register. No attempt to look for me. It was a pleasant experience until this incident happened. Very disappointed with that mans behavior, which is unfortunate because the rest of the experience was great- but we left very upset. Might want to work on his customer service skills 😉 he also didn’t seem to help his coworkers...
