Burger King — Restaurant in Long Beach

I live in Long Beach and used to frequent and enjoyed Gulfport Burger King but decided to try Long Beach franchise. After several visits I can only say this. The service is terrible. I have to order several time because of all the back ground laughing and talking noise at the speaker. When I order, not just once but every time the burger/crispy chicken sandwich's as well as the chicken nuggets...as I did yesterday, are cold. I complained the first time to no avail. No cars ever in front of me, no business I assume. I can see why. MacDonald's across the street always has a long line. That tells me something. When recieving my order again yesterday, it was practically thrown in my lap before I could request some extra mustard sauce for the nuggets, she then slammed the window shut smiling. I received a 25 dollar fathers day gift card bought recently, attempted to use it today. It was declined she said. My sister paid cash but I realize now, after I first complained, they know and dislike me I guess because the service get's worse each time I visit. Usually fries are old (Sometimes you'll have a fresh fry or 2 with your order. It's actually weird how that consistently happens) and their sandwiches are never accurate to what you order. I like my burgers plain and I have the people repeat back to me that I want it plain and I make sure it is understood what plain means. I don't have to do this anywhere else, but I have had so many issues here I have to make sure. Bacon King burgers are not cheap at all, this was the one time I didn't check because they have been on a good streak. I got home and ketchup was just leaking out of the burger and the fries were hard how old they are. Worst burger king ever!!! Went inside to make my order. First things I notice is a young guy just a typing away on his phone. So I'm standing there waiting for him to finish his message to see me and take my order. Nope that's not what happens.. After a good 4/5 minutes he just looks up and walks away.
