Fantastic Burgers — Restaurant in Long Beach

This place lost it's flair after 2010. They began charging ranch for 25 cents now they charge for the same small cups for a 1.35. the food quality has gone downhill a huge downgrade compared to 2009. Anyone giving it a good review obviously have terrible taste buds. The food has become over priced and it's pretty mediocre. Chilli cheese fries at tams you get WAY more for the same price here. Look. I used to come here with the boys back in 2009 after a night out of underage drinking. 4.90 for a burger special combo. It was amazing. And even before that I would come here with my father in the early 2000's. The food was great then. The quality just unfortunately went down. Your better off eating from in'n out at this point as they both are roughly the same prices and I believe you get your money's worth with in'n out than here. But to be fair most of the people that go to fantastics don't seem like the people that are steady. I mean over time this place lost it's mojo. If it's a burger tams does it better, if it's chilli cheese fries, tams does it better, if it's a chicken salad, tams does it better, just go to tams at the very least... I'm doing you a favor. The one on Santa Fe excellent. The one on Cherry very bad service I was in there for 20 minutes ask the waitress to check on mines my order to turn around give me one minute a total of 15 minutes went by next I know 20 minutes went by when back in the line ask the waitress that took my order to check my order the manager came from the back and looked at my order it was a first ticket she tapped on it I said that's okay you can refund my money which was $21 and some odd sent so I got a refund I was sitting there watching a soccer game product noticed didn't get served the way to serve all the tables that was very packed in the morning but I would not going back to the one on Cherry I don't use the word racist but I noticed I was the only black American in there after the fact what made it so hurting is I used to go to that one a lot also I stay on Willow and Long Beach Boulevard...

I come here a lot but after today will be my last I had four cars in front of me when I ordered sitting in the car for about 10-15 minutes before I finally got to the window which is not unusual and I don't have a problem with that when I got to the window she attempted to hand me something and said here's your two burgers and I said what I did not order burgers what did you order I ordered two breakfast burritos with bacon I'm sorry give me a second I said sure roughly for two breakfast burritos what really pissed me off though wasn't all that it was more of the girls attitude when she came out and handed my burrito I did not do nothing wrong therefore I'm not coming back to this place and I recommend to anybody else reading this be careful I would not order food from this establishment.
