I placed an online order using the visa checkout feature since I had misplaced my debit card. I called the store twice to ask about my delivery and both times they said the driver was the way. I waited almost 55 minutes for my order to be delivered and once the driver finally arrived he refused to give me my pizza because I did not have my debit card with me. I was in complete disbelief, I have always ordered from this location and not once has the driver ever asked to show my debit card. I was appauled that after almost waiting an hour for my order, the driver refused to give me my pizza.I called the store while he was there and he smirked and laughed at me saying he wasn't leaving my pizza no matter what I did. I called the store to speak to a supervisor and an employee named steven said " I don't know what to tell you" he put me on hold and then hung up on me 3 times.They would not answer the phone after that, finally after constantly calling back I managed to speak to someone and told them I had never had this happen to me and that they need to be more consistent with their process and follow their policies 100% of the time so customers like myself are not inconvenienced. If they would follow this "policy" all the time customers would be prepared to comply. I asked for their names to file a formal complaint and the employee asked why I needed to know their names.Worst experience I've ever had the employees here were extremely unprofessional and have a complete disregard for the customers. I was advised in the app it would be ready for pick up in 16 minutes so naturally I assumed it would be jumped in the car and went down parked and had 2 minutes left according to the count down. walked in and the guy say amount I pay and then was to it would be another 10 minutes they just finished preping it for the oven. A bit miffed but alright.. 10 minutes go by and the guy says it will be another few minutes. What ever im a little more then miffed.. so now its been over 25 minutes for a 15 min order.. get home the pizza's are not even cut all the way and makes a mess the cheese is stuck to the top of the box on both pizza's. The cheese bread sticks have like 1/2 cheese and1/2 none. I've been a life long pizza hut fan.. but this location.. makes me question if its worth it...
