Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Long Beach

I want to give them 0 stars, big of course that's not how google reviews work. So let's begin with the greeting when I walked in....it was a great cashier, very friendly. Now that was the only positive thing that I will be writing in this review. After receiving my drinks which were over flowing constantly I had to ask the cashier for a napkin to wipe them down/off. I'm not sure what was going on with their soda machine or maybe it was the drinks I ordered in particular but they just kept over flowing. Even after I stuck a straw in all 3 to let some air out and drank some of mine. So I was annoyed (see pics attached) now the waiting began....so Im pretty sure the cashier was new or still training because he was a bit flustered. Now (from what I saw there were 3 employees total, 1 in drive tru the 1 cashier and 1 manager in the kitchen) the front is backed up according to the manager because she wanted her to get the orders out and right away. Well the poor young lady was trying to figure out what order was what, still take orders and find an extra biscuit that was ordered. So the manager who is in the kitchen by the way keeps yelling at her to get out the orders. I would have been livid it that was me and walked out. But that's just me. Why not help the new employee instead of fussing and yelling at them?...

I went through the drive-thru. As I was ordering my food I wanted extra gravy on the side you know because they put it on top and I got a large so who ever got the top would basically have all the gravy. They told me they don’t do that there lol. I said wow. I don’t understand why they couldn’t give me extra on the side even if I had to pay for it but they were willing to give me extra gravy on top of my mashed potatoes which again defeats the purpose because it’s still on top of the potatoes and the bottom of it has no gravy.. Attitude was ridiculous as if I asked them to come to work today or maybe they had bad customers I don’t know. But in the food industry which I have worked you really have to have tough skin or don’t go in to it. I’m good Customer service is everything even if it is just a chicken spot. This is the most famous chicken spot besides KFC so guess where I’ll be going.. I’m sure the other guys have no problem giving me extra on the side, even if it’s...

I went in to try the new Megan thee stallion hot sauce. I place my order inside and ask the cashier first if they still have the Megan the stallion hot sauce. She told me yes and I proceeded to order the chicken nugget meal with the Megan the stallion sauce. After I place my order the cashier headed to the back of the restaurant when she came back to the front she let me know that they were out of the Megan the stallion hot sauce. As she told me that I can hear the cashier at the drive-thru selling Megan the stallion hot chicken sandwich. When I asked if I could just get some of the sauce they pour on the chicken sandwich to my original cashier the cashier at the drive-thru abruptly and rudely said no we don't do that if we're out we are out. I don't understand why they would keep selling a product if they don't have the sauce for it. Very disappointed in this visit plus the Nuggets weren't really hot they were just warm like they...
