Fantasy Burgers — Restaurant in Long Beach

Horrible service the employees have bad attitudes. You can not place a phone order because they always some how forget to put in the order. I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt but no, it's always the same story they forgot or they gave my order to someone else. They don't even apologize or seem to care. I phoned in an order, arrived about 15mins after, I get there was charged for my order. Then I am just waiting around so I went to ask the cashier how long would it be? Mind you this was a phone order placed over 20mins ago at this point. So I am standing at the front and they just walk passed me ignoring me. They look at me then look away. So I say excuse me , then they come to see what I need. I asked how long for the food? They didn't even start the order yet. Even though I came in and said I am here to pick up a phone order, they just charged me the money and don't say anything. If it wasn't ready they should of told me, it's not ready do you want to come back, (since it was a phone order already placed ahead of time). They always seem to not want to be there, they are not welcoming or professional. Just call and listen to how they talk and answer the phone. They don't have common sense, they are rude and need to get there...

This place is popular because they accept EBT... The food was horrible and the service was whatever... While I was eating my food and contemplating sending it back a drive thru customer walked in complaining about her order... She asked them to fix the order or refund her money and they chose to go with the refund... After witnessing that exchange I decided that I wasn't gonna put the workers through more hell so I sat there and endured the lukewarm fries included with my order and the l sad excuse for chili... I ordered the chili tacos 🌮 which are made using the same chili that's used for the chili cheese fries... It was disgusting to say the least and a clear indicator that the chili cheese fries and anything else that came with chili would be just as nasty... They're normally pretty busy so there could very well be other things on the menu that aren't as gross as...

i asked for no onions on my burgers, but got extra onions. after spending $53 on 4 meals... i don't frequently eat here, and didn't have time to address the issue that day. so i just dealt with it. when i was in the area again i addressed the problem, and only wanted the 2 burgers out of the entire order replaced. i provided proof of purchase, but was very rudely told that i should have come back that day. but i was on the freeway back to orange county by the time i was able to eat my food. this was only my 2nd time going there, and you would think they would want to make that right for a new customer. i guess not. they lost me and my entire family as customers. i just wanted to actually ENJOY the burgers i paid $10 for.... DON'T EAT HERE....
