Taco Factory — Restaurant in Long Beach

I have been coming to this restaurant for a long time and always order the same thing green chilaquiles with a over medium egg easy sauce and a asada torta with extra beans and a horchata . Usually I have the same nice server who takes my order down correctly and has the nicest interaction with me . Never had a problem. But today I ordered my order over the phone (like usual) and the server was very rude :/ When I got to the restaurant and she read me back my order and she said I ordered an “over easy egg” which I did not ask for. I was very upset because I didn’t want an egg that was barley cooked. I could tell she barley spoke English but instead of making it a big deal I just said okay and took the food home . When I got home I opened up my food and my “over easy egg” was barley even cooked and the yolk was popped all over the rest of my food . My rice and beans were drenched in the yolk which was very disappointing because that’s not how my food has ever came out from here . I like my rice and beans to taste like rice and beans and not barley cooked yolk. Next I take a bite of my torta and it has salsa inside . I’m not sure if it usually has salsa but this time it was EXTREMELY hot . After taking two bites of my torta I couldn’t eat any more of the food because the chilly was hurting my stomach and burning my mouth. I couldn’t even enjoy my food :(( Then I call the restaurant and explain the situation nicely and the server “Claudia” hangs up on me so I called back and she made me wait on hold for 10 minutes in between arguing with me and telling me she couldn’t just remake my food. I showed up to the location again and asked her why they couldn’t they just remake my food ( I brought back what they originally made ) she said the cook “Juan” said he wouldn’t remake my food so that she could only give me a refund. Like WOW!!! They literally wasted my time and gas and couldn’t just nicely remake my food for my trouble ?? I just wanted the food I ordered .... is that too much to ask for ?? Especially when she is the one who took my order wrong and he is the one who put some extremely spicy salsa on my torta that is never on it every other time I have ordered this...

this is a good Mexican food and the prices are what they should be for the food you are looking for. they are not acting like u should have to pay more for a taco then what it really cost In other words they don’t try to be in fancier than they need to be with the food they are like a family restaurant where you were eating at your families house and they make it like you are family were taste good looks good and don’t Robb you. I moved to this City a year ago I tried a couple places around but they’re always overpriced or they just tried to be two fans they don’t need to be fancy when it is just a piece of meat or if they even put a piece of meat on there because they try to sell you a six dollar taco that is just full of lettuce and cheese and two pieces of whatever month they think they want to throw in her I’m sorry but I’ve been to Mexico grew up in Wilmington and LA I’d like to have my tacos right and from the street.
