Dunkin' — Restaurant in Long Branch

This place has changed a lot lately and the quality of service has dropped a lot. Today I made a purchase of some sandwiches and a drink that was a caramel ice late, when I made my order I ordered my drink in a large size. The manager on duty took my order, gave me the sandwiches but never gave me my drink and I distractedly left the store, when I got home I realized that I had forgotten my drink and returned to the store after 30 minutes (because I don't drive) so that time it took me to go back. When I came back and asked for my drink, the manager with a very rude attitude told me how was it possible that I had left the store without my drink to which I tried to explain that they were very busy and had forgotten to give me my drink and I distracted I left, she no longer remembered my order and kept questioning me and after discussing the event she agreed to give me my drink in the wrong size claiming that this was the original size of the order but I asked her again for the correct drink for which I had paid for. It was a very bad experience and I am just saying that the pandemic has caused businesses like these to dump hard-working people who really appreciate their work. I get to work everyday by train and this location is super convenient for me since it’s right across the street from the train station on my way to work. It’s best to do a mobile order bc this location gets really busy esp. in the morning. Service is fast though, which is good. I usually get breakfast from this location once or twice a week. Some of the food I didn’t enjoy: the breakfast sandwich I ordered from previous trips was fine. It’s a hit and miss with donuts bc sometimes it taste and feel like it’s not fresh. The bagel is less desirable. This morning I ordered a bagel and it was hard to eat! It tasted like a day old bagel that has been re-toasted and it became hard after I brought it to work! I often pick up mobile orders for myself and coworkers from this Dunkin and it's always a nightmare. Last time I waited over 40 minutes from when I placed the order for 2 $6 meal deals (I was the only order they were working on from when I walked in except 1 woman buying a donut) and the 2 guys working forgot an avocado spread. This time I double checked the bags and (I think the same 2 guys) were going to let me walk out without a donut. I walked all the way back to work and there's a hair in my bagel so I don't have lunch. I always tell myself I won't go back but there's no options for food in walking distance from the hospital.
