This place has potential but it needs to work out some kinks. I had a reservation for 2, walked in and after a few minutes realized there was no hostess and it was a hundred degrees in the restaurant. We sat ourselves and waited for a server. After a few minutes we were greeted by a nice gentleman with his pajamas on and ordered the burrata and tomatoe app. The appetizer was delicious. We then ordered 2 pies. The first pie comes out it was the pizza with the prosciutto and arugula. The pie was delicious. We were eagerly waiting for our next pie the Johnny P. After about 15 minutes of waiting I approached the waitor and kindly asked how much longer for the pie. He said hold on. He comes back and asks what pie did you order. At this point I told him to forget about it and he said I'm not a waitor I'm a cook. The place is very unorganized nobody seems to know what's going on but the food is very good. The salad we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully balanced—a great way to start the meal.
As for the pizzas, they were nothing short of perfection. The classic cheese pizza hit all the right notes with its crispy crust and perfectly melted cheese. The highlight for me, though, was the "Johnny P" pizza, where all the ingredients worked together seamlessly.
We also tried “The Chip” sandwich, and it was hands down the best sandwich I’ve ever had! The bread was perfectly soft and crunchy, creating an unforgettable texture and taste experience.

Read moreI recently had the pleasure of dining at Just The Crust; what a delight from start to finish! We were sat quickly and enjoyed some beautiful cocktails and wine while we were able to watch the chefs work their magic in the open air kitchen.
The fresh produce and ingredients are displayed at the end of the countertop seating - a preview of the high quality meal we were about to enjoy! The antipasto appetizer had everything by way of meats, cheeses and veggies to make multiple combinations of the perfect bite! And the fresh mozzarella, made daily, was absolute perfection.
Next we tried several pizzas that were perfectly cooked. The crust is light and airy while also providing a crisp crunch. It was a treat that the crust held up to the many toppings we ordered on the pie! The pizza was so amazing we ordered a pie to-go on the way out!
