I am sad to write this review, the last 9 times we have ordered from this location (including in-person & being very clear about my sandwich order - so, it’s not some app limitation) they have gotten it wrong 8 of those 9 times. My family actually stopped ordering here for about the past year bc of this issue but today we were craving it so I went in-person to order our sandwiches. It was wrong despite clarifying with the person “so, only what I asked for will be put on it, right?” twice. And still. Wrong. Then they remade it. Guess what? Wrong again, though not the same mistake but wrong in 2 different ways. I was frustrated as my spouse only has an hour long lunch and wanted to get her sandwich (growing cold at this point) to her so I left with the 2nd wrong sandwich. This is actually the 3rd time that the “remake” sandwich has been wrong in the last 9 times we have ordered. They’ve gotten it correct once on the first time. To be fair, when it’s made correctly, it’s one of the best dang sandwiches in the world. But I can’t count on them getting it correct since it’s about 10% of the time…abysmal, I couldn’t make this crap up - and I’ve never experienced this consistently incorrect food prep anywhere else. No idea what they’re smoking at this location but it’s pretty wild. Sitting here eating a wrong remake. The chicken tortilla soup is really good though! For reference, my sandwich: corned beef & Swiss w/ mayo, onion, mushrooms, sauerkraut on wheat. 8/9 times: they add 1000 island even when I explicitly say please, please, please don’t add 1000 island. 4/9 times: it’s on white instead of wheat. 1/9 times: no mushrooms. I’ve had it made correctly once on the first try. That’s just the data of my experience....
Read moreMy life is sad and unrewarding, much like the sandwich I received the other evening from Snarf's. Perhaps it was the universe telling me this sandwich and I had a lot in common, so much wasted potential, so much unmelted cheese. I briefly considered calling to complain, but the thought of interacting once again with the tattooed youths who had already deemed me unworthy of anything but an extremely subpar sandwich, was unbearable. I gave it a try though. It tasted like disappointment and wasted liberal arts degrees, with lingering notes of I hate you for ordering this sandwich. Hey, look. I get it. Not everyone enjoys continuity, efficiency , or even good sandwiches. If mediocrity and disappointment are missing in your sandwich rotation, I highly suggest Snarf's. But, beware they may surprise you with a decent sandwich because that happens once in a while. What also happens once in a while too, is when you do a carry out order and you have to remind the employees to make your sandwich after 20 minutes. Well, so long Snarf's....
Read moreThe food is good. But I would not suggest trying to get it delivered. I've called numerous times and have been told there is no delivery driver. Tried to order online and get a prompt that delivery is not available. Today, no prompt, But after 1½ hrs called and was told that the driver knocked on the door for 15 minutes and left the food. They have my phone number. No call? Well guess what... nobody knocked on the door. No food was left anywhere around the perimeter of my place. So after almost 1hr 45 min, I just had to take a credit to my card, and my kid, that the order was for, didn't eat, until I called Abos for him. Guess what? Abos had a whole pizza delivered without error within 20 min of the order time. Boo on Snarfs. Made the list! Lost a customer. Not going through this ever again. Edit: 1/17/18. Called for delivery for my kid, oh guess what, they aren't delivering today, because they only have two employees on staff. Yep, won't call them again, shame, my kid loves...
