Taqueria Madero LLC — Restaurant in Longmont

Ordered some barbacoa tacos and was given some super weird mystery meat that seemed like it had a lot of cartridge in it. I tried googling if there was any other type of meat like this that I just wasn't aware of but nothing came up. Seems this restaurant was playing a joke on me or something like that. It looked like an esophagus that was chopped up into quarter inch pieces. Absolutely disgusting would never recommend this place to anyone. I have gone past this place for more than 15 plus years! Today, I decided to stop here and try their food. I wasn't disappointed! The staff is friendly and accommodating. The food is no frills, authentic Mexican cuisine! The price is very reasonable too! In the coming months, I plan to try almost every menu item. In my opinion, they have the BEST soft Chicharon burrito in town -- it is an acquired taste however. Their homemade hot sauce is fre6and hot too! They should bottle that stuff and sell it -- its that good!
