They're getting sloppy. Bought some bollios for tortas, ate 2 of them before realizing most of them had moldy spots. Took them back for a refund, and instead they offered to give me a bag on the house. Which guess what? ALSO had mold on them. Asked the cashier and it turns out they don't label the bagged bread. Only after all that and showing her the receipts she offered to refund me. Even then she was a dollar short but I'm not stepping back in that health...

My mom and I bought Pan Dulce from them on Monday 06/16/25 and it’s now Thursday 06/19/25 and it’s moldy I had already threw away 2 clear bags of the bread away and thought the paper bagged bread would be fine. It was not. I called to let them know that my bread and my mothers were all moldy and all she told me was that I needed to bring all of the bread back so they can give me new bread or a refund. They needed to personally see it before they did anything about it. I’m not going to dig in my garbage can just to get refunded $25. They are selling very old bread that’s stale and moldy do not buy from them!!!!

Mi mamá y yo les compramos Pan Dulce el lunes 16/06/25 y ya es jueves 19/06/25 y está mohoso. Ya había tirado dos bolsas transparentes de pan y pensé que el pan en bolsa de papel estaría bien. No fue así. Llamé para avisarles que mi pan y el de mi mamá estaban mohosos y lo único que me dijo fue que tenía que devolver todo el pan para que me dieran pan nuevo o me devolvieran el dinero. Necesitaban verlo personalmente antes de hacer algo al respecto. No voy a rebuscar en la basura solo para que me devuelvan $25. ¡Están vendiendo pan muy viejo, duro y mohoso! ¡No...

The cook did well and sad she was under this unhappy employee. Yet, I managed to slip the tip to the cook.
